Your Talent
- Degree in Garment/Fashion/Clothing
- 2-3 years of experience in apparel development or sourcing department
- Good knowledge of product creation processes and calendar management
- Reliable project coordination and time management abilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a structured, proactive work style
- Fluent in English with cross-functional collaboration ability.
Your Mission
As Manager Development Operations Apparel, you will act as the Headquarter development representative and collaborate closely with PUMA’s Motorsport Business Unit. Your role is pivotal in driving quality, consistency, and efficiency across the entire product development process. You will coordinate calendars, align stakeholders, and ensure transparency and timely execution of all development milestones.
- Act as Headquarter development representative and work in close collaboration with out Business Unit (BU) Motorsport
- Support initiatives that improve product quality and consistency throughout the development lifecycle
- Coordinate and maintain seasonal product creation calendars with BU and source development teams, ensuring clear communication of deadlines
- Organize and facilitate weekly alignment meetings, define action plans, and track progress across individual project timelines
- Collaborate with Product Line Manager, Design, and Source Development teams to identify early-stage cost-saving opportunities and review target/retail pricing
- Monitor and flag potential issues early in the development process to ensure sourcing objectives are met (cost, quality, manufacturability)
- Coordinate fitting sessions and manage sample workflows
- Participating in supplier and milestone meetings as a representative of the Source Development team, promoting transparency with global Puma Group Sourcing
- Contribute to assigned projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
- Provide hands-on assistance in resolving ad-hoc challenges as needed.
