Ideally degree level or equivalent experience
Experience:
Proven commercial marketing experience, preferably consumer goods industry (sports, lifestyle, fashion)
Capabilities:
Strong presentation, organizational and negotiation skills
Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing) at business level
Proven interpersonal & presentation abilities to operate effectively with cross-functional teams
Results oriented
Experience of developing strong relationships, communicating across a wide variety of networks
Effectively defines, plans, schedules, controls tasks and projects
Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
Your Mission
The Manager Commercial Marketing is responsible for implementing the Regional Trade Marketing strategy as per defined Brand and commercial objectives, looking to deliver brand and quality consistency in Trade Marketing implementation in the Region through set guidelines.
Develop, analyze, assess and improve the process for delivering effective sell in and sell through, through Trade Marketing tools for identified Regional Strategic/Key Accounts.
Build and manage relationships with Key Accounts’ trade and marketing teams and ensure a consistent flow of communication and alignment.
Align seasonal priorities internally with Sales and Merchandising teams.
Liaise with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment between campaign roll out and product merchandising.
Liaise and manage (Retail & Wholesale) requirements and ensure an extensive roll out of window / instore launches of global / regional campaigns. When needed, tailor specific campaigns and executions for Key Accounts.
Brief Strategic/Key Account seasonal requirements to external suppliers and manage project through execution.
Manage trade marketing quotations and invoicing process with internal/external suppliers.
Develop and deliver seasonal category presentations for Regional Strategic/Key Accounts and Regional/Global Commercial teams.
Work with VM team to document campaigns and develop reports to be shared internally and presented as best practices.
Work on achieving process and budget efficiencies for Strategic/Key Accounts in the Region.
