Your Talent
- 0-2 years of experience in planning, merchandising, operations, or a related function (internships included)
- Strong Excel skills required (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas); experience with Jesta or similar ERP systems a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Team player who thrives on cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Your Mission
- Build and maintain accurate seasonal line plan data within PUMA’s planning tools and systems
- Verify, confirm, and execute seasonal line plans; coordinate with Merchandising, Supply/Demand Planning, Procurement, Traffic, Retail, and Wholesale teams to ensure timely updates
- Manage all PNA and PCA style setup in Jesta in alignment with Readiness calendar deliverables
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure up-to-date product and planning information that reflects evolving business needs
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and data quality across systems and reporting tools
- Support the Planning team in aligning sales plans (by retail, channel, and account) with overarching merchandise strategies
- Assist with data collection and organization to support merchandise planning decisions and profitability analysis
- Maintain and update forecast spreadsheets and reports to support operational planning activities
- Assist in managing the Go-to-Market (GTM) calendar and tracking local/global milestone deliverables
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance planning and analytical skills
