Your Talent

  • 2-3 years experience payroll and administrational experience; ideally in a Retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including Dutch and English at a business level.
  • Very good command of Excel knowledge, first experiences with SD Worx and AFAS.
  • Accurate, communicative and solution-oriented.
  • Motivated, flexible, responsible and independent working attitude.

Your Mission

  • Responsible for correct and timely payroll executed by an external party, including maintenance/submission/ control of master and transaction payroll necessary data in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations.
  • Support in the continuous adaptation and optimization of processes and workflows in payroll, e.g. interfaces to/from different systems such as Workday.
  • Responsible for all payroll-related and time management topics as well as first point of contact for all questions from employees and managers in these areas.
  • Interface to financial authorities, social insurance agencies, offices in the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Be responsible for all administrative P&O back-office processes (including but not limited to issuing of contracts, extending contracts etc.) along the employee life cycle as well as first point of contact for all administrative questions for managers and employees.
