Your Talent

  • University degree in Fashion related field preferred
  • Prior experience in retail buying, ideally in footwear or outlet-focused environments a plus
  • Understanding of product lifecycle, discounting logic, and consumer behavior in the outlet channel
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and timelines
  • Comfortable working in a supporting role with strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint required); knowledge of retail systems is a plus
  • Passion for product, eagerness to learn, and interest in developing a career in Buying.

Your Mission

  • Support the Buying team in developing seasonal strategies for the FOC business with focus on Footwear by assisting in analysis of KPIs and reviewing past performance to shape upcoming collections
  • Help build and maintain Outlet-specific footwear assortments, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy, seasonal flow, and commercial targets
  • Assist in using range-building principles such as fissionability, price sensitivity, color, and seasonality to develop a well-rounded Outlet offer that meets budgeted sales and consumer demand
  • Track and share competitive insights and European Outlet trends relevant to Footwear, supporting the team with up-to-date market intelligence
  • Help gather feedback and assist in collection reviews to continuously refine the Outlet Footwear assortment strategy.
