Your Talent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-to-3 years of related experience
- Demonstrated skills and experience in managing goals through initiative, collaboration and teamwork
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to apply strong problem-solving techniques
- SAP experience a plus
Your Mission
- Reconcile daily cash activity and prepare all necessary entries for corporate bank accounts
- Facilitate electronic vendor payments and other bank disbursements and deposits
- Support fixed asset, retail, general accounting and accounts payable initiatives
- Assist in periodic closing processes, ensuring transactions are in accordance with guidance from parent company and internal policies and procedures
- Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations and reporting as assigned
- Work within a team of staff accountants in standardizing practices and procedures
- Create and implement strategies to improve efficiencies of job processes
- Participate in ad hoc requests and special projects as needed
