Your Mission

The IT Support Coordinator will be based in Puma UK’s central Manchester office and be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to on-site staff and staff located at Puma’s other Manchester offices including Puma Teamwear.  The role will also include deploying and managing IT hardware and ensuring the smooth running of all local IT systems.

Reporting to the IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager, you will be part of a small team responsible for all of Puma UK’s hardware and software systems, working with specific tools and procedures to ensure ongoing security and compliance of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on 1st-line IT support for staff and visitors in the Manchester head office
  • In person on-site support 5 days a week manning a physical ‘help-desk’
  • Provide remote and on-site support for Puma Teamwear
  • Provide support for user hardware issues (laptops, phones, etc.)​
  • Provide support of the office IT and AV infrastructure (network, printers, AV systems)​
  • Windows/iOS/Mac hardware setup and deployment (laptops and phones)​
  • Issue management/escalation within the IT Operations team​
  • Remote support for offsite users​
  • User inductions/training
  • Adhere to local and global security standards and practices and react to any security alerts
  • Occasionally cover other IT support roles and locations
