Project Background:
We partnered with a top consulting firm to resolve supply chain constraints and boost efficiency. Based on their suggestions, we’ve planned a new distribution hub in North India, near Delhi, with a focus on warehouse capacity, bin storage, expected throughput, and layout design. After completing RFQ and negotiations with multiple 3PL providers, we finalized a 3PL partner and warehouse location. The project also involves implementing complete warehouse including racking, storage, electrical and advanced automation and software systems (OMS, WMS, TMS, etc.) to streamline operations at the new hub. Now, we’re hiring an intern to lead the project’s implementation and go-live, by keeping everything on track with timelines and budgets.
Project Deliverables:

Manage project execution, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Identify and resolve any roadblocks or delays in the project
2. Automation and System Integration

3. Site Launch and Operational Smoothing
Support the go-live process, ensuring all systems are operational and the team is trained.
Establish operational frameworks and reporting structures for ongoing monitoring.
4. Cross team alignment
Set up of a new warehouse and transition, requires co-ordination with multiple stake holders (internal and external) , the incumbent will be required to co-ordinate with all stake holders across the company, 3PL and Developer to ensure that the transition can be done with high efficiency and no negative impact on sale
