Your Talent
- Strong leadership skills and a team player with the ability to drive and develop talents
- High initiative, high energy, pro-active mindset with an eye for detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leadership Product/Strategy role, preferably within Teamsport or related industry
- Proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that drive product visibility and product sales
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on achieving measurable results
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders, including product teams, General Management, and Leadership Teams
- Familiarity with KPI tracking tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across channels
- Passion for sports and performance products, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the Teamsport market.
Your Mission
- Create and lead the Teamsport BU strategy for footwear together with Vice President Teamsport in order to hit company KPIs
- Lead and manage future global growth of Teamsport footwear product lines in alignment with BU management
- Drive the alignment of Teamsport footwear with apparel, equipment and marketing where applicable and in conjunction with BU management
- Guide product innovation with clear unique selling positions through consumer insights and interaction with brand innovation team
- Proactively manage product creation process from concept to market as well as overall progression of product line, including strong alignment with Global Go-to-Market team
- Travel domestically and internationally to finalise product creation with sourcing partners as well as continuously develop consumer, account and market knowledge
- Conduct overall industry analysis, market research, consumer research and competitive analysis
- Present new product line at key customer as well as international meetings
- Responsible for all aspects of the performance management and professional development of the team, including recruitment, development plans, providing constructive feedback, appraisals and exit processes
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture by actively engaging team members, promoting open communication, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being
