Your Talent
- Completed vocational training or academic studies in a relevant field
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
- Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Your Mission
- Identifying innovative ways to keep the CE organization informed, connected, and engaged
- Coordinating key CE meetings and ensuring alignment with all stakeholders
- Organizing and executing CE events from concept to completion
- Managing travel arrangements and handling ad hoc requests with professionalism
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to the Management Team.
