Your Talent

  • Completed vocational training or academic studies in a relevant field
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Your Mission

  • Identifying innovative ways to keep the CE organization informed, connected, and engaged
  • Coordinating key CE meetings and ensuring alignment with all stakeholders
  • Organizing and executing CE events from concept to completion
  • Managing travel arrangements and handling ad hoc requests with professionalism
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support to the Management Team.
