Your mission

The Head of Sales and Business Development is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth in alignment with the wholesale financial targets. This position leads the wholesale strategy execution across key accounts, ensures standardized practices in sales operations, builds and develops the local sales team, and plays a pivotal role in supporting the brand’s mid- to long-term strategy in Vietnam. Your mission

  • Prototype development (BOM): Develop assigned styles/collections with Design, PLM and suppliers including pricing and prototyping
  • Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up on all necessary documents (style specifications, size tables, fabrics and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments) through the development process
  • Product Development / Sampling: Independently developing assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / Product Line Management / Team Head Development / other Puma Group Sourcing (PGS) functions and Garment Suppliers

  • Create and Update Tech Packs in System: Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up all necessary documents (Style specifications, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments)
  • Release Tech Packs to Garment Suppliers to start the product development process. Ensure on time data administration in Puma’s Product Range Management system and related IT systems
  • Pricing: Responsible for cost review and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to achieve best possible FOB (Free on Board) prices/margins according to target FOBs provided by the respective Puma SE Business Unit. Activate cost benchmarking activities especially for high volume styles to achieve FOB competitiveness

Your talent

  • Diploma or Degree in Textile / Fashion / Clothing related discipline
  • Over 5 years’ relevant experience in garment/sportswear industry is a must
  • Woven and knitted garment with strong fabric knowledge and experience
  • Good understanding and knowledge of apparel components and product costing
  • Proficiency in Excel (vlookup and pivot table) is necessary and knowledge of 3D sampling, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is preferred

Your mission

  • Engage in all aspects of the footwear product development and engineering process. Coordinate product development/commercialization procedures, execute according to established engineering best practices.   • Project management in working with proven and approved suppliers to towards PACE Production and Quality Assurance best practice initiatives. Continuously search for improved processes, technologies, automation with value added approach from suppliers
  • People Development: Coach and mentor key factory stakeholders on Puma’s corporate values and seasonal KPI goals.  Supporting and coaching collaborative problem-solving techniques to achieve best quality performance

Your mission

  • Responsible in creating and updating PUMA test methods, standards, and product testing guidelines. Review compare industry following standards and methods for benchmarking purposes. Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and propose recommendations for compliance
  • Test Methods and Standards: Be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining PUMA’s footwear test methods and standards.   • Supplier Guidance: Work closely with Tier 1 (T1) and Tier 2 (T2) supplier laboratories. Provide guidance on adhering to quality standards and testing protocols. Foster strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Material Technology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical education/experience within the footwear industry
  • Minimum 5 years in laboratory operations and staff management, with proven expertise in footwear material testing and lab organization
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, industry standards, and relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; detail-oriented with high accuracy and precision
  • Results-driven, open-minded, fast learner, passionate, patient, and a strong team collaborator
  • Familiarity with footwear materials, testing equipment, and laboratory management systems
  • Excellent English communication
