Your mission

  • Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis: Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting exercise, and provide analysis on the budget and forecast figures to actual to support any business decision for Retail by stores and E-Commerce by platforms. Support to analyze monthly Puma Retail, Wholesales partners by stores and E-Commerce by platforms actual results – P&L and balance sheets. Business partner to relevant stakeholders mainly Retail and E-Commerce operations for daily operations, closing forecasting and budgeting and ensuring overall compliance to finance SOP etc. Reporting Business Unit (“RBU”) for all sales channel
  • Order to Cash process for E-Commerce and Retail: Assist in preparing Account Receivable reconciliation and AR aging for E-Commerce. Perform VAT reconciliations and issue invoices for E-Commerce and Retail. Assist in daily sales issues to ensure smooth operation. Process refundable case for Retail as requested efficiently. Support terminal applications during new store openings or temporary E-Commerce and Retail events. Perform other related tasks assigned
  • Zoho, Automation, lean ERP Project: Support ad-hoc projects for the continuous improvement of Finance Department and be a trainer to the Local stakeholders
  • Fixed asset: Maintain detailed fixed asset lists in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring accurate records in the accounting system. Record and manage fixed asset transactions, including monthly depreciation, new purchases, write-offs. Performs other related tasks as assigned (e.g., FA sighting)
  • Support the Accounting and Legal function: Assist in preparing monthly closing for E-Commerce and Retail, including relevant journal entries. Support preparation of audit schedule. Support other duties as assigned (Stock count, bank reconciliation, special projects,…). Quarterly submission P&L by store to DPI. Support legal function for new store opening, update IRC, ERC
  • Ad hoc support the Chief Accountant: Accounts payable, employee advances and claims are managed in line with company policies, standard operating procedures, and authorization matrix including Inputting payment vouchers into SAP, preparing bank file to submit for payment approval, maintaining bank Information of Vendors on SAP, and acting as key contact for requesters about payments. Manage VAT and FCT submission. Work closely with HSBC for the payment issues (if any)

Your talent

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting. Prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred
  • Experience working in multinational companies, preferably within Retail, Sportswear, Fashion, or FMCG industries
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Strong business acumen with excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic business environment

Your mission

  • We are looking for an agile, data-driven Coordinator Sourcing Operations Footwear to bridge the gap between operational strategy, data systems, and commercial execution. Unlike traditional planning roles focused heavily on daily factory floor scheduling, this position centers on structuring data, building analytical tools, and managing cross-functional communication
  • Data Structure and Analytics: Clear, structure operational data from various sources to create "single source of truth" tools. Design, develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excels, or database queries
  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Act as central hub liaison between Operations, Sales Subsidiaries, Go-To-Market team, Business Unit. Translate complex operational data into clear, commercial insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Cross-functional Project management: Support project team and planning team on operational projects from concept to completion. Facilitate alignment meetings between different departments, manage expectations, track milestones, and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate current workflows. Use data insights to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable, structured solutions to improve efficiency

Your talent

  •  3+ years of experience in Operations Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, Project Management, or a Business Analyst role with heavy exposure to operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Excel
  • Strong capability in writing queries (SQL) to extract, manipulate, and structure data
  • Proven ability to turn messy, unstructured data into clean, scalable data models
  • Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of working effectively with diverse types of stakeholders (Operations, Sales, GTM, BU). Ability to influence without authority and manage conflicting priorities

Your mission

  • Perform daily accounting operations, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Process employee expense claims, vendor invoices, and payments accurately and timely while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Monitor accounts payable balances and support cash flow planning
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, management reports, and ad-hoc analyses
  • Support tax compliance activities, including VAT, CIT, PIT, foreign contractor tax, and other statutory filings

Your mission

  • The position entails full responsibility for the development and production of molds/tooling in accordance with seasonal requirements. The individual should possess proficiency in working with Rhinoceros software to check 2d/3d files based on design specifications. Close collaboration with mold shops, factories, component suppliers, and internal stakeholders within PUMA organization. Additionally, business trips to North Vietnam, China and Germany may be necessary
  • As a Tooling 2D/3D Engineer during the development stage, you will be responsible for coordinating with mold shops, suppliers, and factories to identify and address technical and manufacturing concerns. Your role will involve utilizing your engineering expertise to analyze and resolve any issues that arise during this stage
  • You will provide technical support to internal stakeholders and offer constructive and feasible suggestions while maintaining a creative approach. You role will involve assisting internal teams with technical inquiries, providing innovative solutions, and ensuring the feasibility of the proposed ideas
  • For overseas tooling projects, the majority of the work can be done remotely. However occasional business trips will be required during development stage when necessary. This ensures effective communication, collaboration, and oversight of the tooling process
  • Your responsibility will be ensure that the production tooling schedule adheres to the required time of mass production. You will also be responsible for addressing and aligning tooling quality across relevant departments before production tooling opening
  • You will report to your line manager in a regular pattern, providing updates on the progress of the tooling projects. It’s crucial to openly discuss and address important topics related to the projects. This communication ensures transparent, effective decision-making, and alignment with organization goals

Your talent

  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Mold Engineer
  • Good knowledge of mold construction principles and footwear tooling technical skills
  • Proficient in using Rhinoceros (Rhino) for checking, editing, and modifying 2D & 3D files
  • Familiar with footwear machinery and material applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken communication
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory

Your mission

  • Evaluate fitting/workmanship/grading on sealing and size set samples for styles sourced in the FE region (China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh and India). This will involve supporting Product Development Teams in Herzo, Boston and at source on fit / product development

  • Manage sealing and size set approval for fit, measurement and workmanship within the development and OPD calendar time frame.

  • Manage Final Measurement chart approval before bulk production

  • Review “development at source” Technical Packs for accuracy & completeness prior to their distribution.

  • Provide feedback on Technical pack accuracy / completeness & enhancements to product developers.

  • Prepare sample evaluation data on a seasonal basis

  • Provide technical support to Product development teams during the on-site meetings with factories

  • Create FE resizing measurement chart  for assigned ranges

  • Travel periodically to FE factories to review their progress on sampling performance

Your talent

  • Graduate in Textiles/Clothing or Technical Institute is preferable

  • 3 – 7 years relevant experience major in Active wear or Performance Sportswear, focusing on Knit items and all types of jackets (seam-seal, laminated, down, padded)

  • A working knowledge of woven and knit fabrics.

  • Computer skill – MS office & pattern software. Knowledge on CAD is an advantage

  • Good communication skills in English are required

Your mission

  • Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily store operations across national stores while maintaining operational standards, customer service excellence, and business performance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize store productivity, sales performance, and customer experience

  • Store Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of assigned retail stores. Ensure stores comply with company SOPs, operational policies, and brand standards. Monitor store opening and closing procedures. Coordinate maintenance and facility management to ensure smooth store operations. Conduct regular store visits and operational audits

  • Operational Performance Management: Identify operational gaps and propose improvement plans. Support execution of business strategies to maximize store productivity. Control operational expenses within the approved budget

  • Store Team Support: Coach and guide Store Supervisors and Store Leaders to improve team performance. Ensure employees comply with company policies, grooming standards, and customer service expectations. Assist in staff performance evaluation and development planning

  • Inventory & Merchandise Control: Ensure product displays and visual merchandising meet company standards. Support stock take and inventory reconciliation activities

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance, Merchandising, and Logistic teams. Support execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and new store openings. Coordinate operational support for company projects and retail initiatives

  • Reporting: Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to management. Track store compliance and follow up on corrective action plans. Perform and update operational actions in internal systems in accordance with company policies and procedures 

Your talent

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sports, Fashion Retail

  • Experience managing multiple stores is preferred. Strong retail operations and store management skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Leadership and team coaching abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration /Retail Management/Supply Chain/Marketing or related fields

  • Good command of English communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with POS systems, Power BI, or SAP is an advantage
