Your Mission

  • Act as Payable Accountant: Accounts payable, employee advances and claims are managed in line with company policies, standard operating procedures, and authorization matrix including( Input payment vouchers into SAP, Prepare bank file to submit for payment approval, Maintain Bank Information of Vendors on SAP, and Act as key contact for requesters about payments). Work closely with HSBC for the payment issues (if any)
  • Assist for VAT declaration: Record VAT input into SAP. Prepare VAT invoices list (both input and output). Reconcile physical VAT invoices with data in SAP
  • Act as Receivable Accountant for Wholesales channel - Manage and verify correctness of account receivable, settlement and VAT or tax related. Keep track account receivable (by customers level) and remind Sales when overdue. Collect payments from Wholesales customers to SAP
  • Act as Admin for Finance Department - Keep track documents in and out departments. Filing department’s documents (Company licenses, contract, payments, …). Create a logical filing system for the documents

  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in garment industry
  • Diploma Holder or Post-Secondary/University Graduate in Garment Technology
  • Possess experience in quality control system & AQL system will be an advantage
  • Strong experience in sports wear. Able to work under pressure and attend to details
  • Good command in written & spoken English & Vietnamese. Proficient in Mandarin in an advantage

Your Mission

  • Responsible in ensuring Puma products specifications, standards and protocols are adhere by Suppliers; help to support the Suppliers for improvement
  • Responsible for the system procedures both Quality and Technical Audit  
  • Ensure the right quality testing and inspection standard are met
  • Conduct the Pre-Production Meeting, identify the foresee issue and risks operation prior to bulk production
  • Carry out the In Line, Pre Final, Final Inspection for Arsenal and if no CFA in the Factory
  • Conduct initial training of CFA and do the Certification in case the QA Manager of the Branch is not available
  • Ensure to highlight the quality problems of the products, procedures, organization if any, work out with Suppliers, the preventive measures concrete action plan for the improvement
  • Responsible for generating the inspection reports and share the reports to respective Suppliers and report directly to the QA Manager and cc copy the Branch Manager and Senior Manager Compliance
  • Responsible for communicating the claims coming from the customer and follow up and back up from the Quality Manager/ Branch Manager
  • Responsible for the improvement with a good relationship and communications with Suppliers, Production team, QA colleagues and immediate superior

Your Mission

The Head of Sales and Business Development is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth in alignment with the wholesale financial targets. This position leads the wholesale strategy execution across key accounts, ensures standardized practices in sales operations, builds and develops the local sales team, and plays a pivotal role in supporting the brand’s mid- to long-term strategy in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will embody strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset, while delivering operational excellence in line with PUMA’s standards

Task 1: Wholesale Leadership and Customer Relationship Management

  • Lead all wholesale activities with the objective of becoming the ‘preferred partner’ in the market
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in all major accounts
  • Foster transparent, data-driven partnerships that ensure mutual commercial success and long-term growth

Task 2: Strategy Execution and Sales Standardization

  • Support the development and localization of PUMA’s wholesale strategy

Your Mission

  • Project Implementation & Support: Coordinate with partners to execute setups. Manage site-specific constraints and adapt layouts accordingly. Create critical project schedules and milestone tracking
  • Vendor Coordination: Engage and supervise local vendors for fit-out, electrical, branding, and display installations. Ensure vendors follow PUMA’s construction guidelines
  • Execution Monitoring: Conduct site visits to ensure timeline adherence and installation quality. Troubleshoot issues on-site and escalate when necessary
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain tracker for all VN projects: status, cost, completion. Submit handover reports, photos, and snag lists
  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate periodic maintenance activities (electrical, signages, minor civil work). Log and resolve store maintenance tickets promptly
  • Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure Partner locations maintain Puma standards. Report deviations and support corrective actions
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor costs for each project and maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to budgets
  • Support for Store Rollouts: Assist Project Teamhead on full store openings when needed, especially in overlap areas (like shared vendors or overlapping timelines)

  • Degree in Textiles, Materials Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Brings deep expertise in textile engineering and material development, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable working independently across time zones and cultures. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on technical capability, strategic thinking, and people leadership
  • Lead the development and sourcing of innovative, sustainable fabrics that meet global performance and compliance standards. Provide technical guidance on fabric construction, performance attributes, testing protocols, and application across product categories
