- Manage time line execution on trim developments. Provide technical advice for resolve quality issues
- Trim sourcing strategy planning and execute
- Manage trim library for new collections, seasonal & approved trim standard
- Validate Trim RSL compliance and physical performance
- Update trim specification in Material Repository system
- Color Lal dips approval management
- Explore new/potential supplier and site-visit
- Manage team to achieve BU and development team target
Your talent
- High diploma or above in Textile / Fashion or related discipline
- 8-10 years trims sourcing experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of trims in category such as heat transfers, labels, zippers, elastic, drawcord, snap and etc.
- Strong English communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Proactive, responsible, well-organized, critical, and analytical thinking
- Excellent team player
