Your mission
- Strategically provide the highest levels of service to PUMA customers within a Retail Store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA as the most desirable sports lifestyle brand in the world
- Bring energy to the sales floor and deliver an awesome customer experience
- Hit personal sales targets and support the store’s overall performance
- Help customers find the right products for their sport, style, and lifestyle
- Keep the store looking sharp with great visual presentation and well-organized stock
- Support daily operations, including stock handling and loss prevention
- Join team trainings, store activities, and exciting brand events
- How You’ll Work: Retail shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays. One day off per week. Work location at: Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi
Your talent
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment (apparel/footwear is a plus), with a strong results mindset
- A proven sales winner who consistently beats targets, thrives in commission-driven roles, and delivers standout customer service
- Confident communicator with the ability to handle challenges on the floor and engage customers individually or in group settings
