Your Mission

The Head of Finance is responsible for all financial management aspects of company operations, providing leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. 

Task 1: Financial Management & Management Accounting

Oversee preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and compliance with Global Procedures of the financial information.  Analyze income statements identifying weaknesses, potential costs savings and synergies areas with also focus on AR and inventory to develop NWC improvements plan.  Oversee the accounting activities to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function, supervising company finance staff.

Task 2: Budgeting

Direct the preparation and presentation of the annual budgeting process and review in accord with the Group policy, guidelines and schedules.  Ensure the timely preparation and development of relevant business information to provide management with the tools for decision making.  Evaluate organizational performance against both budget and forecast, developing tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the GM, making actionable recommendations.    

Task 3: Strategy and risk management

Develop detailed and meaningful analysis per country, business, and customers and over specific issues if needed, in order to provide to the GM and he Board all the instruments to make the best decision for the business.  Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution.  Identify and review key business risks and develop strategies to minimize financial risks and losses. 

Task 4: Internal Controls

Ensure the maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures, implementing best practices.

Task 5: Management & Development

Ensure the effective achievement of Finance department functional objectives through the leadership of the Finance staff in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.  Ensure that the Finance Structure across the Business is staffed with appropriate caliber professionals and motivate, train and develop them to perform their tasks as specified in their job descriptions.

Your Mission

Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a District of 8-12 stores to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.

Task 1: Deliver on Set Targets and KPIs

  • Deliver on set retail P&L and KPI targets and identify opportunities and initiate plans to improve and grow the business by increasing store productivity (e.g. Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, Sales per hour and sqm).
  • Increase comp sales of all PUMA stores by setting & driving SMART targets and implementing operating plans locally.
  • Closely monitor business performance and take necessary action.
  • Proactively manage Store-related OPEX with particular emphasis on Personnel Expenses.

Task 2: Operations Standards / Store Management

  • Adopt and implement global/regional Operational Tools and Standards.
  • Execute country-specific operational policies and procedures (per Global Retail Operation Manual) to ensure they are compliant with International/Global Retail standards.
  • Deliver all operational standards for store openings (with Daily Game Plan), closings, relocation, upgrades, stock replenishment, inventory management, staff roster etc, to ensure smooth implementation and that budgets and timelines are met.
  • Coach and lead local Retail Operations Teams to ensure Area- and Store Managers’ capabilities and competencies are developed and comply with International/Global standards.
  • Manage all operational aspects of store inventories, including defining in-store shipment processes, coordinating stock takes and ensuring data integrity. Work with Merchandise and Planning team to manage store inventory level to ensure optimal stock to support sales targets.
  • Manage country loss prevention standards and ensure that shrink goals are met and security is to PUMA standard.
  • Execute VM guidelines in accordance with Global VM Survival Guide and RESEC.
  • Guide, coach and train retail staff in all aspects of retail operations and retail training, working with close co-operation with the Country Retail Trainer. Support retail field training programs and roll-out of training initiatives.
  • Execute the Customer Experience Program and use it to improve Retail Sales and customer service standards.
  • Tailor Regional and International operational initiatives to meet Country needs including translation of material and execute these according to designated timeline and budget.

Task 3: Cross Functional Relationship

  • Work effectively with Retail support functions for country specific projects and needs.
  • Establish collaborative and effective relationships with Country Retail Manager, Retail Training, Retail Marketing, Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce Director etc.

Task 4: Process Improvement

  • Set and implement best practices on Operations Management via cross-functional and cross-channel collaboration. Drive process improvements and strategic priorities in the country.

Task 5: Teams

  • Drive and coach country Operations teams to ensure that they are motivated and capable of managing the business effectively.
  • Work closely with Country Retail Training teams to identify the relevant developmental needs for store teams to ensure that training programs are targeted, relevant and conducted effectively.
  • Work closely with country support functions and wholesale teams.
  • Identify talent within the staff pool and develop them as part of succession planning.
  • Develop strong store management team and secure succession plan through effective hiring, development, training and staff retention programs.

Your Mission

Head of Go-to-Market, SEA will be responsible for leading GTM function across SEA countries to plan and roll-out integrated business strategy. He/she is a proven strategic leader with a deep understanding of product, brand, business, customer success, and finance. This person is required to comprehend PUMA’s global brand strategy and product ranges, before generating the market/customer specific GTM strategy. On top of the strategy, Head of GTM is responsible for redefine the regional product range to best fit for the local markets to deliver the country’s business goals and objectives. With the most competitive country level product assortment, he/she will be closely engaged with Wholesale team to achive WS business objectives through differentiated product offerings for maximum sell-thru and brand desirability. This will include providing customer centric product information, business analysis and differentiation strategy and tactics. 


Task 1: Regional GTM Strategy - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for SEA level. This involves understanding its range and defining the best way to sell, market, and distribute them. The head of GTM must create a roadmap that outlines how the company will reach its target customers and achieve its revenue objectives.              


Task 2: Country/Customer Specific Product Range and GTM Plan – Scale down / customize regional GTM plan for country/customer level and build corresponding product ranges to implement the strategy within key distributions. Coordinate closely with category merchandising, sales, marketing, and any related teams to ensure alignment with GTM strategy. Creating exclusive, SMU, collabs and any gap fillers are included.  


Task 3: Market Intelligence – Understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs and publish market intelligence reports. This includes researching and analyzing competitive products and companies, identifying market trends, and understanding what customers want and need.        


Task 4: Merchandising Operations – Maintain Masterline list with up-to-date data. Review and manage local pricing to deliver the margin target, ISD and order windows, together with necessary functions within the country. Be responsible for customer sell-in, including event arrangement, showroom and sample management and sell-in materials. Your Mission

The key focus of this position is to manage the overall SEA inventory positions by leading the Purchasing process of Puma SEA, using an overall view of inbound, inventory transfer management between countries, and tracking Open-To-Buy utilisation. This position will liaise closely with Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure stocks arrive in accordance to launch dates and with Logistics teams on specific inbound requirements.

Task 1: Oversee the full order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Manage stakeholder satisfaction and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, logistics, order management team and vendors to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Task 2: Aware and flexible to each country’s requirements e.g MOQ, labels Monthly checking of open purchase orders against OTB. Work closely with Planning team to coordinate on short-term around purchases.

Task 3: Lead and mentor purchasing team to meet performance and order fulfilment targets. Work with factories to track POs until they are ready for shipment to SEA countries. Perform and track intercompany transfers Inter & Intra-region. Actively use existing tools and encourage cross functional departments to adopt the same.

Task 4: Track and analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Manage special assignments as directed by management.
