Your Mission

The Senior Executive, Logistics oversees daily operations to ensure the department meets its cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. He or she drives continuous improvement initiatives and maintains strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth B2B and B2C business processes.

Task 1: Inventory Management

  • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements - physical stocks and system in both PUMA system and 3PL system.
  • Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are matched.
  • Keep track and monitoring cycle counting, short pick, temp-missing, slow moving and obsolete stock with 3PL warehouse and inventory team.
  • Take charge of the non-inventory product kept accurate.

Task 2: Transportation Management

  • Deliver on time to scheduled required arrival date to the customer.
  • Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routes or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs.
  • Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries regarding delivery status.
  • Handle feedback, queries and complaints positively.  Provide immediate and long-term solutions.  
  • Schedule/ arrange collection with warehouse on return collection.  Monitoring the return been pickup and reach destination on time.

Task 3: Warehouse Management

  • Evaluate warehouse picking, packing efficiency and order accuracy.
  • Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.
  • Create policies or procedures for warehouse activities.
  • Responsible for monitoring warehouse order fulfillment, stocks return/ reverse management.

Task 4: Report & Others

  • Conduct feasibility & analytical study on logistics operation. 
  • Logistic reports are updated on time with accurate data.
  • Conducts functional review meetings.
  • Organize the Documents Library.
  • Support all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the manager.
  • Responsible to follow up all 3PL invoices for payment processing.

Your Mission

To ensure our stocktake and inventory management are in accordance with company SOP and policies. Inventory management in terms of reconciliation for closing, involvement in stock take for warehouses and owned & operated stores. In addition, needs to provide inventory transaction support for events, warehouse and owned & operated stores.

Task 1: Inventory reconciliation and preparation of monthly closing

Ensure all inventory and stock movements are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner. 

Task 2: Physical stocktake, reconciliation and adjustments for Warehouses

•    Preparation and Planning annual stocktake dates.
•    Coordinate with the respective departments on the schedule and key cut-off

dates for stocktake to relevant stakeholders.
•    Physically support warehouse annual stocktake.
•    Prepare final stocktake report to Logistics and Finance team.
•    Follow-up on the stock variances.
•    Work with Warehouse team to review major stock discrepancies.
•    Notify Division Manager of any major issues relating to inventory.

Task 3: Physical stocktake, reconciliation and adjustments for Puma Stores

•    Prepare quarterly stocktake roster.
•    Review and finalize stocktake roster with Retail Operation team.
•    Prepare inventory movement cut-off schedule.
•    Reconciliation of inventory movements/transactions and quantity and

ensure data posting are completed before stocktake date.
•    Physically support stocktake at store and/or Remote support.
•    Prepare final stocktake report to Retail Operation and Finance team.
•    Follow-up on the stock variances.
•    Work with Store supervisors and managers to review major stock

discrepancies.
•    Notify Division Manager of any major issues relating to inventory.

Task 4: Inventory transaction support for offsite sales events, warehouses and owned stores

Your Mission

Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a District of 8-12 stores to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.

Task 1: Deliver on Set Targets and KPIs

  • Deliver on set retail P&L and KPI targets and identify opportunities and initiate plans to improve and grow the business by increasing store productivity (e.g. Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, Sales per hour and sqm).
  • Increase comp sales of all PUMA stores by setting & driving SMART targets and implementing operating plans locally.
  • Closely monitor business performance and take necessary action.
  • Proactively manage Store-related OPEX with particular emphasis on Personnel Expenses.

  • Adopt and implement global/regional Operational Tools and Standards.
  • Execute country-specific operational policies and procedures (per Global Retail Operation Manual) to ensure they are compliant with International/Global Retail standards.
  • Deliver all operational standards for store openings (with Daily Game Plan), closings, relocation, upgrades, stock replenishment, inventory management, staff roster etc, to ensure smooth implementation and that budgets and timelines are met.
  • Coach and lead local Retail Operations Teams to ensure Area- and Store Managers’ capabilities and competencies are developed and comply with International/Global standards.
  • Manage all operational aspects of store inventories, including defining in-store shipment processes, coordinating stock takes and ensuring data integrity. Work with Merchandise and Planning team to manage store inventory level to ensure optimal stock to support sales targets.
  • Manage country loss prevention standards and ensure that shrink goals are met and security is to PUMA standard.
  • Execute VM guidelines in accordance with Global VM Survival Guide and RESEC.
  • Guide, coach and train retail staff in all aspects of retail operations and retail training, working with close co-operation with the Country Retail Trainer. Support retail field training programs and roll-out of training initiatives.
  • Execute the Customer Experience Program and use it to improve Retail Sales and customer service standards.
  • Tailor Regional and International operational initiatives to meet Country needs including translation of material and execute these according to designated timeline and budget.

Task 3: Cross Functional Relationship

  • Work effectively with Retail support functions for country specific projects and needs.
  • Establish collaborative and effective relationships with Country Retail Manager, Retail Training, Retail Marketing, Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce Director etc.

Task 4: Process Improvement

  • Set and implement best practices on Operations Management via cross-functional and cross-channel collaboration. Drive process improvements and strategic priorities in the country.

Task 5: Teams

  • Drive and coach country Operations teams to ensure that they are motivated and capable of managing the business effectively.
  • Work closely with Country Retail Training teams to identify the relevant developmental needs for store teams to ensure that training programs are targeted, relevant and conducted effectively.

Faciliate and support the SEA Merch/GTM functions, in order to achieve the Merchandising strategy set by Head of Merchandising, to secure a solid/safe future platform for longevity and desirability of the brand. In their function and also support and deliver the financial plan, leading to maximum sell-through result.

Task 1: Merchandising Planning and Reporting – facilitate product range planning, article readiness, RRP and margins maintenance, checkpoint & cross functional alignment. Provide market competitor and pricing analysis. Track and align products order window, launch dates and sell thru’ of key launches with functional team.

Task 2: GTM Support – support GTM/Merch Managers with activities on efficient & result-oriented sell-in tools, analytics, Key Accounts’ requests, and ad-hoc reports, presentation/meeting preparation. Compiles and distributes Merchandising/product reports on regular and ad-hoc basis.

Task 3: Tools & Processes – support key Merch/GTM tools and processes in close alignment with global business solutions – forecasting board, sample portal, digital catalog.

Task 4: Showroom & Tradeshow Support – support the operation and execution of samples for tradeshow. Sample optimization involve sample ordering, tracking, inventory management, sample sales.
