Performance Strategy and Planning

  • Lead the development and execution of the Performance category strategy across Oceania.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This hybrid role spans Key Account Management, sales leadership, brand marketing, and category influence. You’ll be the driving force behind COBRA PUMA Golf’s commercial outcomes across our most strategic partners, Drummond Golf, GolfBox, On Course Golf and more. All the while also shaping marketing execution that grows our brand’s presence and demand in the market.

This is a role for someone who wants to own big outcomes, not just manage tasks.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Lead the partnerships that define our success.

You’ll be the primary strategic partner for our largest wholesale accounts, building relationships that drive long‑term, profitable growth. Your work will set the tone for how our brand performs at retail and how our products reach golfers across the country.

You will:

  • Build and execute robust joint business plans with key retail partners.

  • Deliver targeted sell‑in while negotiating strong sell‑through KPIs.

  • Champion your accounts internally to align the business around their needs.

  • Lead seasonal conversations: business reviews, range presentations, sell‑in meetings.

  • Balance brand ambition with customer requirements to achieve shared results.

SALES STRATEGY & EXECUTION

Turn insight, planning, and rigor into commercial wins.

You will own the operational heartbeat of sales delivery, forecasting, order books, trading, and performance management. You will anticipate opportunities, identify risk early, and deliver the commercial precision needed to hit targets consistently.

You will:

  • Manage the full Go‑To‑Market process across strategic accounts.

  • Oversee forecasting, order placement, and in‑season trading.

  • Track performance across margin, sales, and conversion metrics.

  • Analyse competitor activity, retail trends, and consumer demand shifts.

  • Drive alignment between account strategies and brand objectives.

MARKETING & BRAND ACTIVATION

This role extends beyond sales, you will be a key driver of Golf category marketing. You’ll lead retail marketing, brand campaigns, social activations, creative asset development, PR support, and consumer touchpoints across the category.

You will:

  • Lead all brand and commercial marketing activity for COBRA PUMA Golf.

  • Develop campaigns from concept to measurement across retail, digital, events, and content.

  • Manage agencies, briefs, creative production, and post‑campaign analysis.

  • Oversee trade marketing, in‑store POP, promotional activity, and asset distribution.

  • Execute brand‑aligned marketing while meeting commercial objectives.

  • Manage category marketing budgets, invoicing, tracking, and campaign resourcing.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Representative, you will take ownership of a defined territory and be accountable for delivering commercially sound, sustainable growth. You’ll partner closely with retail customers, execute seasonal go‑to‑market plans and represent the brand with credibility in‑market.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will manage and grow your territory through disciplined execution, strong customer relationships and sharp commercial focus. Expect a blend of strategic planning and hands‑on in‑store delivery. Your duties will consist of:

Achieve Sales & Margin Targets

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and margin goals within your territory

Deliver Training & Enhance Customer Engagement
