Your Talent
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, financial-oriented activities such as Investor Relations, Controlling, Equity Research, Corporate M&A/Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory.
High interest in capital market topics as well as a pronounced understanding of business relationships.
Several years of relevant experience in capital markets or finance, ideally within a publicly listed company
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with IR software and CRM tools is a plus
High level of initiative, flexibility, and assertiveness
Fluent in both English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Your Mission
As Senior Manager Investor Relations, you will play a key strategic role in shaping our engagement with the financial community. Your responsibilities include:
Planning, organizing, and executing investor relations activities such as quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, capital market events, and broker conferences
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
Preparing and aligning presentations and materials for quarterly and annual earnings releases, in close coordination with financial reporting and management
Conducting in-depth industry and competitor analyses; monitoring and evaluating analyst reports and market sentiment
Continuously enhancing investor relations processes and tools, including the IR inbox, website, and CRM systems.
