Your Talent

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Merchandising, Product Line Management, Product Creation, Buying/Assortment Planning in leading Sportswear/Fashion industry related background is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral & written
  • Multi-Task Management
  • Good knowledge and sense for Sneaker trend and industry
  • Good knowledge of local market & consumers
  • Adaptability and Resilience

Your Mission

  • Support Team Head to build up and implement Select FTW merchandising strategy that aligned to achieve brand’s overall business goal and team’s vision.
  • Support Team Head to develop local seasonal strategy and define seasonal key initiatives and growth drivers under the global and local seasonal umbrella
  • Integrated with Prime FTW merchant team, cross check and identify growth opportunities. Plan and balance key FTW franchise pricing and lifecycle strategy between Select and Prime FTW.
  • Plan Select FTW consumer focused compelling assortments that drive growth and revenue across segments/channels.
  • Capture local growth opportunities & Business gaps based on local market and consumer insights. Collab with global Product team, local RCC team and local channel teams to build supplementary products to capture the business opportunities. Ensure product ranges, launch and flow meet strategic vision and financial targets.
  • Develop all channels/segmentation range, local pricing, key franchise to support category Net Sales, Margin, Efficiency & Growth targets aligned with company assigned target.
  • Responsible for seasonal sell-in and sell thru analysis, make conclusions and apply key learnings for future range planning.
  • Work with local RCC team for FTW SMU & Select Accounts exclusives creation, ensure the range vision and value proposition are also within brand DNA and regional relevancy
  • Participate in brief, design review, proto and KAS sample reviews. Providing consumer facing relevant feedback to RCC team.
  • Participate and be the key contact window for local FTW partnership and account FTW exclusives projects
  • Support Team Head in internal cross functional team’s communications with Buying, Sales, Channels, MKT and Retail MKT teams.
  • Proactive in key GTM milestones: range download, sign off, NSM, and Tradeshow.
  • Analyze and monitor market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities for responsible category’s growth and innovation.
  • Close monitor for competitor’s key launch/products for additional opportunities
  • Operate seasonal forecasting, range upload and all merchandising relevant operation both in global and local systems.
  • Support Team Head to consolidate Select team documents for cross team’s communication
