Your Talent

  • Enrolled as a student, focus on Legal or Business Administration  
  • Preferably some in-house experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Very good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Quick learner (especially regarding new systems)
  • Willingness to take on administrative tasks (such as inputting data into database)
  • Ability to work both independently and as a strong part of the entire Legal Affairs team
  • Perform other related tasks to support the Legal and Compliance functions
  • Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy in legal matters
  • Eligible to work in the European Union for the duration of the internship
  • Starting Date: 01.04.2025; Duration: 6 months

Your Mission

  • Support the Legal team particularly in organizing contract lifecycles and managing corporate documents
  • Working with different systems and tools (e.g. MS Office applications, contract management system, Adobe Sign, etc)
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as required
  • Assist in the analysis and implementation of legal workflows to optimize operational efficiency of the Legal Department
  • Develop, update, and maintain internal documentation such as policies, playbooks, and legal research summaries
  • Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of legal contract management tools
  • Perform other related tasks to support the legal and compliance functions
