Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or relevant studied.
Professional: Functional: 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Your Mission
The role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of People & Organization tasks including administration of benefits & compensation, leave management, employee engagement, corporate office training and enforcing company policies and practices.
Task 1: Lead the Employee Experience programs.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, conduct employee surveys, social rewards, and more to keep check of the overall experience. Ensure the company consistently wind up on “Great Place to Work” and other HR Awards submission.
Task 2: Benefits administration
Manage employee benefits enrollment including employee purchase program ensured all benefits information on is current and accurate.
Task 3: Creating, maintaining, updating, and filing employment records thru HRIS system (Workday)
Prepare, maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database (Workday system) and personnel files.
Task 4: Support Corporate Office Learning and Development (L&D) programs
Support on the training enrollment and administration for internal & external training, including identification of training providers.
Task 5: Performance Management administration
Run yearly performance management by keeping a quality check and ensuring timely completions.
Task 6: Statutory administration
To maintain compliance with local employment laws and statutory regulations.
