Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
- +3 years of experience in the field, the sports industry, or consumer goods is a plus.
- Proven experience with media agencies.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
- High attention to detail, strong task follow-up, and a sense of urgency.
- Strong self-motivation and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Media ON & OFF
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools such as Programmatic, Paid Social Media (Facebook, Business Manager), and Google Ads
Your Mission
- Analyze integrated plans aligned with the allocated budget for key product launches within each business unit, as well as PUMA’s overall strategy for Media and Social Media.
- Oversee the media budget allocated to brand advertising campaigns, adjusting it in accordance with product launches and timelines.
- Evaluate and set direction for the behavior and performance of media KPIs for each media plan, as well as the monthly growth of our metrics—including TOM (Top of Mind), SBA (Share of Brand Awareness), and Social Media performance—consistently aiming to optimize results.
- Ensure that media investment across On and Off campaigns, along with Social Media strategies, drives product sales effectively.
- Coordination with the media agency & Digital agencies, ensuring objectives and deadlines are successfully achieved.
- Identify and define new opportunities by continuously assessing emerging market trends and media channels to connect with an evolving audience and keep the brand at the forefront.
- Oversee financial control processes related to media investments, including the reconciliation of purchase orders, payments, and invoices, ensuring compliance with On and Off media contracts and alignment with internal auditing and reporting standards.
