- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.

The PUMA International Sports Marketing Team is looking for someone to lead its integrated athletes servicing team and needs you. - Lead the Athlete Services team to ensure all contracted athletes are wearing correct products on the field of play
- Create player specific specs by translating athlete feedback into development specs
- Close collaboration and exchange with factories in Asia
- Function as the connecting link between Sports Marketing and Product Development
- With the Team take care of the order process for international athletes, including seasonal forecasting, order placement, order tracking, delivery, database management, etc.
- Ensure specifications are per the athletes specific needs prior to dispatch.
- Prepare and update relevant data systems with all necessary information on the player specific customization needs
- In collaboration with International Sports Marketing Managers ensure the relevant category footwear roll out plan is executed as expected and support strategic product introductions.
- Establish relationship to PUMA athletes and their environment (management, medical staff, coaches, physiotherapists).
- Collaborate and communicate with external parties (contracted athletes, athlete management, coaches, medical staff) to positively influence the perception of PUMA performance products
- Together with the respective Business Unit Product Line Management and Development teams proactively involve athletes in the product development process through presentations & testing of new statement product concepts
- Work closely with Footwear Product Development to enhance the overall performance of inline products based on pro players feedback and input.
