Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Clothing Technology, or from a Technical Institute
- 8–10 years of experience in Activewear or Performance Sportswear, specializing in knit items and jackets (seam-sealed, laminated, down, padded)
- Strong paper pattern background is essential
- Proficient in computer applications; CAD knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, both with customers and factory teams
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative in problem-solving
Your Mission
- Technical. Evaluate fitting/workmanship/grading on sealing and size set samples for styles sourced in the FE region (China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh and India). This will involve supporting Product Development Teams in Herzo, Boston and at source on fit / product development
- Manage sealing and size set approval for fit, measurement and workmanship within the development and OPD calendar time frame. Manage Final Measurement chart approval before bulk production
- Review “development at source” Technical Packs for accuracy & completeness prior to their distribution. Provide feedback on Technical pack accuracy / completeness & enhancements to product developers.
- Prepare sample evaluation data on a seasonal basis. Provide technical support to Product development teams during the on-site meetings with factories
- Create FE resizing measurement chart for assigned ranges. Travel periodically to FE factories to review their progress on sampling performance
