Education:   

University or College gradated preferably in related discipline (Textiles and Clothing, Quality Management) 

Specialized knowledge: Quality Management, Lean manufacturing, Industrial Engineering 

Skills:

Experience:  

 + 5 to 10 years’ experience in Quality management, Technical dept or production control in sourcing office or manufacturers.  

Your Mission

  • Guidance and support of certified inspectors 

  • Monitor quality level, improvement of quality  

  • Risen factor management and staff on PUMA standards. 

  • Daily and weekly inspection reports. 

  • Cross check reports  

  • To monitor and improve quality of all Puma order and production environment 

  • Spend as much time as possible in production lines working on Puma products 

  • Proactively work with the factories on improved execution of product 

  • Train management and staff on Puma standards 

  • Support the regional branch in quality initiatives 

  • Train and monitor factory QC to execute AQL inspections 

  • Cross check results and improve performance of AQL 

  • Manage Quality 

  • Manage Quality systems, make sure factories follow the system 

  • Provide training, guidelines, communication 

  • Audit process and system 

  • Provide standard to quality system 

 

Key Objectives 

  • Managing and upgrading Factories Quality performance and production capabilities 

  • Quality performance measurement reports and data analysis 

  • Managing customer complaints and CAP

• Minimum 7 years of retail experience, at least 2 years in Area & Retail Manager Experience
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office esp. Excel, PPT
• Ability and willingness to travel

Your Mission

• Reporting directly to Retail Director
• Directly responsible for ensuring that the district consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPI’s and profitability goals through effective use of short- and long-term planning and expense control
• Recruit, develop, retain, and leverage, results driven Store Managers who will achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s, profitability goals while offering the highest levels of customer service
• Directly responsible for the Loss Prevention education, training and development for store teams, awareness, and compliance within District.
• Flawlessly execute new store openings and/or store closings.
• Ensure compliance of District stores concerning Policies & Procedures, Operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours (retail working environment) which include evenings, weekends, holidays.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile or Fine Arts/Marketing or relevant fields.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Retailers as VM,
  • Verbal and written language skills in English,
  • Strong time management and organization skills,

Your Mission

  • Develop and implement seasonal VM guidelines, Planograms, VLP and strategies across own FPS retail stores.
  • Adapt and apply global visual merchandising directives to meet local market needs and store formats.
  • Collaborate with Merch, Marketing, and Sales teams to support product launches, campaign rollouts, and promotional periods with compelling in-store storytelling.
  • Lead the planning and execution of window displays, in-store signage, mannequins, fixture layouts, and POS materials.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistent execution of VM standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage VM calendar aligned with brand marketing and retail activation plans.
  • Research local markets, identify opportunities and develop/coordinate specialized visual direction that drive incremental sales and increase traffic.
  • Train and develop in-store staff on VM standards, zoning, fixture management, and product presentation techniques.
  • Liaise with store design and construction teams on new store openings, refurbishments, and fixture updates.
  • Analyze VM performance and its impact on sell-through and consumer engagement.
  • Work with external agencies, suppliers, and contractors for VM installation, and logistics when needed.

Your Mission

Merchandising & Seasonal Line Management

  • Coordinate the seasonal product line, reviewing pricing, margins, in-store dates (ISD), and product segmentation based on historical sales performance and defined targets, ensuring alignment with Global, Regional, and Local strategies.
  • Lead the selection process of footwear styles to be locally produced, contributing to the company’s margin objectives and production strategy.
  • Partner with Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to structure seasonal initiatives around key products, guiding the Go-to-Market process through line presentations and supporting the management of selected samples each season.
  • Oversee the timely update of pricing and product attributes in the internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting new article creation for purchasing by the Supply team.
  • Control and maintain factory capacity planning, ensuring efficient use of production resources and the smooth flow of deliveries, aligned with sales timelines and demand forecasts.
  • Manage the availability and localization of article images, ensuring they are ready and accessible for the pre-sales process of new seasonal collections.

Local Range Planning & Execution

  • Lead the creation of commercial product assortments for local production, supporting both core range and Speed to Market needs.
  • Manage sampling process including order placement, delivery follow-up, and sample confirmation.
  • Prepare local sales presentations and assist in setting up go-to-market tools post global 360 alignment.
  • Define sales-focused product strategies based on customer demand and sell-through trends.
  • Prepare Range Plans, Forecasts, and Pricing Targets tailored to the commercial calendar and sell-in cycle.
  • Coordinate with PGSA teams to develop local styles and color updates, using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator when needed.
  • Ensure timely sampling for Sales team usage and provide hands-on support with sales presentations and internal showroom setups.
  • Analyze product margins and pricing to ensure commercial competitiveness and profitability.

Cross-Functional Commercial Alignment

  • Facilitate effective communication between Product Development, Sales, and Merchandising to keep all stakeholders aligned on seasonal strategies, priorities, and execution timelines.
  • Act as the central point of coordination to ensure that sales input is considered in product decisions and that product teams are aware of market demands.
  • Ensure that go-to-market readiness (tools, samples, pricing, images) is achieved on time for each selling season.

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Textile Engineering or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in garment quality standards
  • Good communication skills in English and Turkish
