Your Talent
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in garment industry
- Diploma Holder or Post-Secondary/University Graduate in Garment Technology
- Possess experience in quality control system & AQL system will be an advantage
- Strong experience in sports wear. Able to work under pressure and attend to details
- Good command in written & spoken English & Vietnamese. Proficient in Mandarin in an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Patient, goal-oriented personality and cross-cultural sensitivity and ownership
- Strong technical knowledge and skill
- Mature, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, pro-active and strong trouble skills
- Positive thinking, team working with excellent Interpersonal and communication skill
Your Mission
- Responsible in ensuring Puma products specifications, standards and protocols are adhere by Suppliers; help to support the Suppliers for improvement
- Responsible for the system procedures both Quality and Technical Audit
- Ensure the right quality testing and inspection standard are met
- Conduct the Pre-Production Meeting, identify the foresee issue and risks operation prior to bulk production
- Carry out the In Line, Pre Final, Final Inspection for Arsenal and if no CFA in the Factory
- Conduct initial training of CFA and do the Certification in case the QA Manager of the Branch is not available
- Ensure to highlight the quality problems of the products, procedures, organization if any, work out with Suppliers, the preventive measures concrete action plan for the improvement
- Responsible for generating the inspection reports and share the reports to respective Suppliers and report directly to the QA Manager and cc copy the Branch Manager and Senior Manager Compliance
- Responsible for communicating the claims coming from the customer and follow up and back up from the Quality Manager/ Branch Manager
- Responsible for the improvement with a good relationship and communications with Suppliers, Production team, QA colleagues and immediate superior
