Your mission
- Self-performer delivering the good report to managers and providing outstanding support to APP team.
- Monitor orders, shipping instruction and delivery plan for sample according to initial agreement for every seasons
- Administration: Scheduling appointments, meetings, managing travel arrangements: air ticket, hotel for apparel team. Coordinate with the office administration on hotel reservations and travel booking for visitors and internal staffs
- Sample coordinator: Coordinate with Hong Kong sample team on handling sample system Follow up with suppliers and customers for any issue (delay/ shipment instruction/ missing sample, etc.) . Update the Price/ fabric content/ HS code/ LCSD on STS( sample tracking system). Verify the original shipping docs for payment release to suppliers
- Assist the Branch Manager in project follow up and reporting: Make assigned reports from branch manager (weekly report, travel expense report, etc.). Check the docs for branch manager’s approval
- Color lap dip handling: Purchase pantone standard Manage the color library Inform to related team. Manage the distribution
