Your mission
The Intern, Retail will be responsible for the direct day-to-day sales reconciliation to upload SAP, as well as support on store operation & partners promotions
TASK 1: DAILY SALES RECONCILATION
- Provide administrative support for retail projects and seasonal campaigns
- Assist in update & managing customer data using internal systems
- Support store team and line manager in inventory movement tracking and reconciliation
TASK 2: RETAIL OPERATION SUPPORT
- Support on store customers services, collaborate with Store Manager to prepare for new launching/ promotion to update frequent customers
- Support store goods receive in peak time (He/She will work at store one day per week)
- Research partners and competitors promotion/ VM/ pricing monthly
- Assist in monitor store compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines
TASK 3: REPORT and OTHERS
- ECUS, SAP, PBI report and all kinds
- Following up pending payment/ hard copies collection to suppliers/ vendors
- Others assigned by line manager
