Your Talent
- University degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Key Account management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Industry knowledge and a strong passion for the sports industry and the latest market trends.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
Your Mission
- Drive revenue, profitability, and long-term growth across strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, future-oriented relationships with strategic customers.
- Develop and implement seasonal strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Operations).
- Planning and executing customer meetings, business reviews, and events to strengthen partnerships and drive sell-in and sell-through performance.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sell-through data to optimize assortments and drive impactful business decisions.
- Conduct regular sales reporting and planning (weekly to annually) and manage pre-season and re-order processes.
