What You’ll Do
Lead, inspire, and make a difference every day.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key partner to the Store Manager, helping to drive performance and create a world-class store culture. You’ll lead by example on the floor, coach and develop your team, and ensure every customer leaves feeling like part of the PUMA family.
Support the Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs, and profitability.
Coach and mentor team members, helping them smash their goals and grow in their roles.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences that keep shoppers coming back.
Assist in managing stock, payroll, and operational excellence.
Help bring PUMA campaigns to life with engaging visual merchandising and local marketing initiatives
