Your Talent

  • 1 - 2 years experience or strong interest in commercial operations, business strategy, project or process management
  • Basic understanding of sales and go-to-market processes
  • High focus on data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with data tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Your Mission

  • Preperation of internal and external meetings and alignment calls with focus on commercial topics
  • In close collaboration with the relevant senior stakeholders, act as a visual communicator to translate business concepts and narratives into compelling presentations
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Support the definition of the commercial end-to-end process, focusing on the alignment with PUMA affiliated businesses and PUMA entities
  • Monitor key KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
