Your Talent
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant studied.
Professional: At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required, preferably in the sports, fast fashion, or FMCG industries.
IT Skills: Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
Language Skills: English and local language
Your Mission
This role is responsible for supporting all front and back sales function in realizing profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth.
Task 1: Order creation and management executed timely
Order Management for Puma/CPG Malaysia Wholesales customer including Inter-co and consignment.
Task 2: Annual selling and activity schedule for the Key Account
Support on sample preparation, range review and selling meetings etc. Support the key account team in customer segmentation and assortment planning in accordance to seasonal initiatives and brand investments.
Task 3: Return, excess and defective claim
Quality check on the defective claim, crosscheck return & excess claim before collection, and liaise with finance department on the credit note and debit note.
Task 4: Customer details and special requirement
Control healthy inventory level, manage customer inquiries.
Task 5: Others administrative task
Support the contribution to the development and coordination of all sales support activities, when needed.
