We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a commercial mindset and a genuine passion for sports. You are confident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders with a client-first approach.
Key qualifications and skills:
2–4 years of experience in Sales, Buying, Sports Marketing, Merchandising, or Business Development, preferably within the sports industry.
Degree in Economics, Management, Sports Marketing, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a positive and results-driven attitude.
Willingness to travel frequently across Italy and to the regional HQ.
Passion for sports—especially football—and a confident, client-oriented personality
Fluent in Italian, with very good command of English and Spanish.
Your Mission
We are looking for a Club Partnership Executive based in Italy to join our team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of professional sports clubs across the country. You will oversee the end-to-end relationship, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, merchandising, and marketing, while maintaining high service standards.
As Club Partnership Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the main contact for assigned clubs, managing the partnership from product selection to delivery.
Defining seasonal assortments in collaboration with clubs and preparing detailed Excel order files.
Validating and entering final orders into the internal system, including both invoiced and complimentary items.
Coordinating delivery timelines with internal logistics and customer service teams.
Managing printing requirements and liaising with local suppliers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Supporting marketing activations such as photo shoots, content creation, and media campaigns.
Providing structured feedback to the merchandising team for future product planning.
Identifying and proposing new club partnership opportunities in collaboration with the team lead.
