Your Mission

  • Be responsible for planning and managing country product range to deliver the country’s business goals and objectives, based on SEA Category Merchandising team’s strategy and guideline

Your Mission

Responsible for managing all aspects of Merchandising for the Performance Running Category and Running Specialty and General Sporting Goods Channels.  In this role, the Merchandiser Manager serves as the expert on Performance Running Footwear within the marketplace, including its consumers, business performance and product needs. The candidate serves as critical partner to Sales, Marketing, Planning and PUMA’s key accounts in developing growth-driving merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability for the brand and its customers.

  • Work in partnership with the Senior Merchandising Director to develop and execute a marketplace product strategy that drives growth, provides consistent consumer experience, meets financial goals and delivers the highest quality of product offerings possible

  • Manage the seasonal Wholesale ranging process for the Performance Running Range

  • Partner with Global Business Unit counterparts and Regional Puma North America counterparts to ensure the creation of products that meet marketplace needs, targeted line architecture and pricing requirements

  • Execute seasonal ranging exercises

  • Create and maintain Visual Line Plans for each season

  • Support the creation of and maintenance of Product Line Plans for the wholesale Performance Running Range

  • Perform ongoing sell-through analysis for the Run Specialty and Sporting Goods channels and key accounts to assess trends and identify expansion/growth opportunities

Your Mission

The Executive Visual Merchandising will be responsible for assisting in the execution of visual merchandising strategies across PUMA retail stores. Your Mission

Head of Go-to-Market, SEA will be responsible for leading GTM function across SEA countries to plan and roll-out integrated business strategy. He/she is a proven strategic leader with a deep understanding of product, brand, business, customer success, and finance. This person is required to comprehend PUMA’s global brand strategy and product ranges, before generating the market/customer specific GTM strategy. On top of the strategy, Head of GTM is responsible for redefine the regional product range to best fit for the local markets to deliver the country’s business goals and objectives. With the most competitive country level product assortment, he/she will be closely engaged with Wholesale team to achive WS business objectives through differentiated product offerings for maximum sell-thru and brand desirability. Task 1: Regional GTM Strategy - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for SEA level. This involves understanding its range and defining the best way to sell, market, and distribute them. The head of GTM must create a roadmap that outlines how the company will reach its target customers and achieve its revenue objectives.              


Task 2: Country/Customer Specific Product Range and GTM Plan – Scale down / customize regional GTM plan for country/customer level and build corresponding product ranges to implement the strategy within key distributions. Coordinate closely with category merchandising, sales, marketing, and any related teams to ensure alignment with GTM strategy. Creating exclusive, SMU, collabs and any gap fillers are included.  


Task 3: Market Intelligence – Understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs and publish market intelligence reports. This includes researching and analyzing competitive products and companies, identifying market trends, and understanding what customers want and need.        


Task 4: Merchandising Operations – Maintain Masterline list with up-to-date data. Review and manage local pricing to deliver the margin target, ISD and order windows, together with necessary functions within the country. Your Mission

The Concept/VM Specialist for PUMA SEA will be responsible for driving the execution of Visual Merchandising (VM) strategies across multiple Southeast Asian markets. This role involves developing and managing the RESEC calendar, key VM initiatives, guidelines, and promotions. The specialist will work in close coordination with country VM teams and collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and retail operations teams to ensure alignment across all visual touchpoints.

Task 1: RESEC Calendar & Execution
 

  • Develop and maintain the regional RESEC (Retail Execution) calendar to ensure timely and effective rollouts of VM initiatives.
  • Plan, manage, and execute key store initiatives, window displays, and in-store activations in collaboration with the regional VM team and local market teams.
  • Coordinate with local country VMs to ensure global guidelines are adapted and executed to align with the local market needs.
     

Task 2: Visual Merchandising Strategy
 

  • Lead the planning and development of VM guidelines, from concept to execution, for all retail and wholesale environments across the SEA region.
  • Collaborate with the global team to ensure the visual merchandising strategies align with brand standards while being locally relevant.
  • Create visually compelling product presentations to maximize customer engagement and sales.
     

Task 3: Cross-functional Collaboration
 

  • Work closely with the merchandising teams across SEA to ensure product launches are supported by strong visual stories.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate promotions, campaigns, and brand messaging into VM initiatives.
  • Liaise with retail operations to ensure seamless execution of VM plans, providing support in troubleshooting challenges faced by stores.
     

Task 4: Creative Asset Development
 

  • Develop and design visual assets, including window concepts, in-store graphics, POS materials, and other collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage creative assets in collaboration with external vendors, agencies, and production teams to ensure high-quality execution.

  • Act as the key point of contact between the regional office and country VMs, ensuring consistent communication and alignment of priorities.
