Your Talent

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Statistics/Math/Data Science/Engineering/MBA.

Professional: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Data/Commercial Analytics/ Revenue/Pricing. Previous experience working for E-Commerce Fashion Retailer / FMCG is desirable.   

IT Skills: Advanced Proficiency MS-office (Excel & Power Point)

Excellent data storytelling skills using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

SQL and other programming skills (R,Python) a plus.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Your Mission

This role is for a results-driven professional to lead and execute strategies that drive incremental revenue through CRM and loyalty programs.

This role is responsible for driving data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and business growth. This role involves managing customer analytics, CRM platforms, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborates with cross-functional teams, including retail, marketing, and IT, to optimize customer interactions and improve overall customer lifetime value. By leveraging data insights, automation, and personalization, the role ensures a seamless and impactful customer experience across all touchpoints.

Task 1: Analyze customer behavior, purchase trends, and engagement patterns to develop data-driven segmentation strategies. Utilize analytics tools to generate insights that optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys. Present key findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations to improve customer lifetime value and retention.

Task 2: Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer lifecycle stages, from acquisition to retention. Optimize automation workflows and personalized communication to increase engagement and reduce churn. Ensure CRM systems are efficiently integrated with marketing, sales, and customer service platforms for seamless data flow.

Task 3: Monitor the effectiveness of email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics such as open rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Conduct A/B testing and refine messaging, targeting, and timing for improved results. Collaborate with marketing teams to continuously optimize customer engagement efforts based on data insights.

Task 4: Design and manage customer loyalty programs that drive repeat purchases, engagement, and brand advocacy. Analyze loyalty data to identify high-value customers, refine reward structures, and enhance program effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted retention campaigns that increase customer lifetime value and strengthen brand loyalty.

Task 5: Leverage customer data and CRM insights to personalize online and in-store experiences, optimizing sales and conversions. Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer journeys, reduce friction points, and enhance omnichannel engagement. Work with e-commerce and retail teams to implement targeted promotions, product recommendations, and customer retention initiatives that boost overall revenue growth.

Your Mission

Our business is looking for a talented and qualified logistics Intern to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day operation execution and coordination, monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, shipping documentation and supply chain processes. Understand the issues resolve scenarios, troubleshooting and deliver solutions to stakeholders. Maintain inventory at high level of accuracy.

Task 1: Export Outbound Order Fulfillment

  • Responsible for all export booking coordination and warehouse operation.
  • Understand shipment requirements and arrange local transactions with forwarder as per agreed term.
  • Provide cargo estimation for prebooking, shorten overall shipping process lead time.
  • Understand the urgency of all aspects and business impact, make sure on time documentation and operation solution.
  • Ensure all export declarations are done on time and meet custom compliance request.

Task 2: Back-to-Back COO / Permit Declaration

  • Ensure shipping documentation are accurate and provide timely.
  • Prepare COO data for B2B COO application and provide draft to stakeholder timely, follow up and monitor closely to shorten entire processing lead time.
  • Provides required documents for audit request, custom queries.
  • Safe keep all related shipping document, POD in shared drive.
  • Update related tracker from time to time.
  • Optimal e-library in the consideration of space.

Task 3: Direct Shipment / U-Turn Shipment

  • Handle and monitor for direct shipment from factory for U-turn shipments.
  • Prepare the CIPL for the direct shipment.
  • Provide cargo estimation for prebooking, shorten overall shipping process lead time.
  • Understand the urgency of all aspects and business impact, make sure on time documentation and operation solution.

Task 4: International Trade and Compliances

  • Ensure timely declaration and meet custom compliances for both import and export.
  • Working closely with local custom broker and Puma compliance team to align on HS code classification and changes, and ensure system reflected latest update.
  • Ensure the team have well maintain all logistics documentation for audit purpose.
  • In the event of any new contract take place, working with Puma compliance team to ensure all clauses are meeting trade compliances request and no conflict of interest with company.

  • At least 1-2 years logistics background. Preferable: Retail, FMCG industry

Your Mission

Task 1: OUTBOUND ORDER FULFILLMENT  

  • Execute and coordinate day-to-day operations issue internal and externally. 

  • Coordinate with other departments as required to ensure smooth flow of movement and operations. 

  • Monitor closely on daily order status to meet forecast qty, stagger delivery if order volume surge. 

  • Ensure all PGI posted timely and shipped, follow up closely for BBND. 

  • Provide finance posting direction to warehouse and ensure message deliver clearly to warehouse.  

  • Monitor inventory accuracy (DN short pick & Delivery discrepancy) and replenishment progress. 

  • Ensure all system transactions being posted and close timely 

Task 2: Back-to-Back COO /PERMIT DECLARATION 

  • Ensure shipping documentation are accurate and provide timely 

  • Prepare COO data for B2B COO application and provide draft to stakeholder timely, follow up and monitor closely to shorten entire processing lead time. 

  • Provides required documents for audit request, custom queries. 

  • Safe keep all related shipping document, POD in shared drive. 

  • Update related tracker from time to time. 

  • Optimal e-library in the consideration of space 

Task 3: LOCAL DELIVERY AND LAST MILE 

  • Monitor closely on daily order status to meet retails weekly new and replenishment orders. 

  • Liaise with 3PL for order fulfilment rate. 

  • Monitor if any order required for VAS services.  

  • Ensure all system transactions being posted and close timely. 

  • Monitor and coordinator with 3PL and PUMA stores PIC to ensure delivery is on time. 

Task 4: DIRECT SHIPMENT / U- TURN SHIPMENT 

  • Handle and monitor for direct shipment from factory to Vietnam customer. 

  • Prepare the CIPL for the Russia shipment. 

  • Provide cargo estimation for prebooking, shorten overall shipping process lead time. 

  • Understand the urgency of all aspects and business impact, make sure on time documentation and operation solution. 

Task 5: EXPORT MANAGEMENT 

  • Responsible for all export booking coordination and warehouse operation. 

  • Understand shipment requirement and arrange local transactions with forwarder as per agreed term. 

  • Provide cargo estimation for prebooking, shorten overall shipping process lead time. 

  • Understand the urgency of all aspects and business impact, make sure on time documentation and operation solution. 

  • Ensure all export declaration done on time and meet custom compliance request. 

Task 6: INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND COMPLIANCES 

  • Ensure timely declaration and meet custom compliances for both import and export.

Your Talent

  • Two years experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, (previous work in a commission based position preferable), demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service, ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, ability to present information to large groups

Your Mission

  • Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers.

  • Responsible for execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Accountable for ensuring execution and maintenance of all Visual guideline as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
  • Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs to Store Management in a timely manner.
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
  • Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment; required to report all instances when this is not achieved to a member of the management team.
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.
