Your mission

Sales Management

  • Monitor sales trends across PUMA’s ecommerce channels to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities

  • Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor performance, campaign mechanics, and fashion trends to uncover new opportunities for PUMA

Communication and Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, content, marketing, operations, and training) to align on day-to-day ops, key campaigns, timely execution of ecommerce mechanics such as vouchers, flash sales, and short video activation.

  • Coordinate with external partners, marketplace reps, and enablers for campaign alignment, product exposure, and livestream technical setup.

Livestream Management

  •  Plan and manage livestream sessions, including scheduling, product arrangements, and performance tracking across Shopee and TikTok channels.

  • Evaluate livestream performance using key data metrics such as GMV, CR%, traffic, GPM, etc., and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales.

  • Coordinate with content creators, hosts, and internal creative teams to ensure engaging and brand-consistent livestream executions

Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of sales performance (e.g., total GMV, live GMV, expenses).

  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including reviewing and processing billing documents from various vendors and marketplaces.

  • Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with consolidated summaries

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics

IT Skills: Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel / Google Sheet

Professional:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry

  • Experience working for marketplaces, enablers or fashion brands

Functional Competencies:

  • Basic ecommerce knowledge

Your mission

The Specialist IT Global Service Desk provides Level 1 remote and on-site IT support (hardware, software, network and security), owning incidents end-to-end with clear user communication, timely support, thorough documentation, and structured escalation to Level 2/3 teams as needed. The role contributes to service quality, knowledge management, and continuous process improvement by maintaining knowledge articles and analyzing recurring issues, while operating on a rotating shift schedule to support APAC and North America time zones.

Task 1: Perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting IT support to users on designated rotational shift; Provide support in accordance with established processes and document incidents and remedies.

Task 2: Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls; Escalate problems when unable to make proper determination

Task 3: Advise and educate users within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions

Task 4: Complete required product training modules on time to remain competent of current technology offerings; Identify and provide input on unique or recurring user problems.

Task 5: Maintain strong compliance with organizational, security, and operational standards

Your talent

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering and/or Information Technology or a similar course

  • Has experience with User and System Support

  • Has experience in Retail / IT / Wholesales / Fashion / Factory industry

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk or Global Support

  • Good command of written and spoken english

  • Technical knowledge in Endpoint management (Windows/macOS), M365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Intune / Endpoint Manager fundamentals, Identity & access management concepts (accounts, MFA, group access, licenses), Basic networking concepts (DNS, connectivity, VPN), IT Security fundamentals, and Mobile/Multimedia products and devices

  • Amenable for shifting schedule

  • Willing to work onsite in Makati

Your mission

The Sr Executive, Finance works closely with Assistant Manager with responsibility for daily financial operations, Regional and Global Reporting and insightful financial analysis.

Task 1: Support forecasting and planning activities for Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channel and the consolidation of Country Report (Legal Reporting).

Task 2: Assist in the month-end closing process (posting of month-end closing entries and accruals, perform key balance sheet accounts reconciliations). Assist in the submission of monthly financial reports with clear variance analysis and commentaries.

Task 3: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the resolution of open items (i.e. Pending KRs, Open KEs, refunds, wrong fees) on Sales and AR reconciliations for Retail and ECOM.

Task 4: Ensure accurate posting of journals and accruals

Task 6: Support other adhoc analyses and reporting requirements from local management, SEA and Global
