Your Mission

[SUMMARY] : Accountable of managing the allocation process to deliver maximum sales, margin and profit to the PUMA Retail channels.
Together with store manager & sales rep, responsible for maintaining proper inventory/option level to enhance our sell-thru rate and efficiency.

To liquidate old season inventory, forecast of runout quantity by channel and allocate on the principles of ensuring right product, right quantity, right place and right time.

  • [Task 1] Product Allocation & Sales Performance Monitoring :
    -
    Execute allocation plans across Free Standing Stores, SIS, Factory Outlets, and E-Commerce channels, based on predefined strategies
    - Monitor store-level sales trends and inventory coverage to identify key stores or SKUs that require action (e.g., replenishment or rotation)
    - Track product performance by style/SKU and assist in making decisions to optimize in-season allocation volume
    - Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Merchandising) to align on store-specific needs and planned product launches
  • [Task 2] Stock Flow Management & Inventory Optimization :

    Support day-to-day tracking of inventory flow between warehouse and stores, ensuring timely delivery of allocated or replenished stock
    - Assist monitoring weekly stock levels across stores and channels; raise visibility on excess or aging inventory for rotation or markdown action
    - Collaborate with the planning team to ensure efficient utilization of inventory space by channel and product type

    Prepare regular sales and inventory reports by store, SKU, and channel to support data-driven allocation and trading decisions
