Your mission

  • [Task 1] : Cost management (20%)
    Control production cost. Execute relevant communication and negotiation with suppliers including T1(Vendor), T2(Fabric), T3(Trim). Analyze cost status and come up with proper solution to manage proficiency.
     

  • [Task 2] Product quality control (20%)
    Set the clear guide & standard for product quality including fit, workmanship, material, trim…etc.. Holistic management from product quality management to timeline, cost related topics by connecting all related dots.
     

  • [Task 3] Process and Timeline management (25%)
    Be involved in all local production process from creation and sampling to bulk production.
     

  • [Task 4] Supplier management (10%)
    Deliver clear guide and rules to manage all suppliers for Puma Korea, and execute all communication process with those.
     

  • [Task 5] Compliance & Transparency management (15%)
    Be connected with Puma Global Sourcing to manage the compliance in suppliers and factories. Also be involved in transparency management for all related counter parts from suppliers to T1(Vendor), T2(Fabric), T3(Trim) based on clear guideline & evaluation.
     

  • [Task 6] Operational excellence (10%)
    Maintain operational excellence, such as setting up consistent format, accurate cost forecasting, and calendar management for on-time delivery.etc.

  • Professional : About 8 ~ 11 years of experience in apparel production / Sourcing & Production experience (Preferred experience in Brand Sourcing Team) (Sports or Outdoor)

    The Local Sportstyle Marketing role is responsible for leading, planning, executing, and monitoring all sportstyle marketing strategies and activities within the country. Working closely with key stakeholders, this role aims to drive brand desirability and achieve commercial objectives through the following key responsibilities

  • Global Entertainment Marketing
    Working as a key member of the International Marketing Team, this role focuses on managing all campaign shoots and projects related to brand ambassadors (primarily K-pop artists). The specialist will coordinate diverse needs from global markets and facilitate the on-time delivery of essential assets and materials for entertainment marketing campaigns.
     

  • [Task 1] : Strategic Sportstyle Marketing & Brand Events (30%)
    Establish and execute high-level Sportstyle marketing strategies within budget to maximize brand heat. Partner cross-functionally with PR, Merchandising, and Sales to identify seasonal hero products and orchestrate impactful brand events.
     

  • [Task 2] Strategic Accounts & Retail Activation (15%)
    Focus strategic efforts on opinion-leading Fashion Specialty accounts to elevate brand positioning. Collaborate with Sales to engineer compelling sell-in/sell-through toolkits and leverage premium product lines to drive retail momentum.
     

  • [Task 3] Entertainment Collaborations & Influencer/KOL Networks (25%)
    Amplify brand visibility in pop culture by activating strategic opportunities across music, film, and TV (celebrity placements, licensing, and collaborations). Cultivate and manage a robust network of local KOLs and influencers across music, dance, art, and street fashion through strategic seeding and narrative-driven storytelling to solidify brand credibility.
     

  • [Task 4] Global-Local Market Coordination & Brand Alignment (15%)
    Act as the strategic bridge between global HQ and local teams by identifying market needs and facilitating the on-time delivery of essential campaign assets and materials. Ensure all local creative assets and photoshoots strictly adhere to global branding guidelines, while identifying and sharing cross-market best practices in a timely manner.
     

  • [Task 5] Ambassador Activation & Content Operations Management (15%)
    Manage all end-to-end marketing activations related to brand ambassadors, encompassing events, seeding programs, social postings, and media interviews. Oversee day-to-day operational execution, including shooting sample logistics, localization/composition of press materials, and the support and review of social media content on global platforms.

Your mission

  • To support the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned Commercial Account(s), delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to PUMA standards and qualitative brand objectives.
     

  • [Task 1] (20%)
    To drive and manage all business activities in relation to the account(s). Represent and document the interest of the account with PUMA interfaces and balance brand goals with account needs by leveraging Customer Info Deck and Customer Business Plans.

  • [Task 2] (20%)
    To manage the annual selling and activity schedule (GTM Process) for the Assigned Account(s) – Strategy/plan and business review meetings, range review and sell-in meetings etc. Constant communication to define right customer segmentation and assortment planning in accordance with seasonal initiatives and brand investments with the Brand team (product).

  • [Task 3] (20%)
    To deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s), agree with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-in & sell-out targets and monitor the progress. Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook making sure orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines. 

  • [Task 4] (10%)
    To recruit and build the key account sales organization with respect to the AP Sales Org blueprint. To develop, train and lead all direct reports thru clear target setting, objectives guidelines and sales disciplines.

  • [Task 5] (10%)
    To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e., Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook etc. To monitor and report on customers and competitors’ performance ie. market share and development, sell-thru performance, and ROI on key activities, key KPI.

    SMU (Local products) development for Mart Channel (COSTCO & Traders):

    *Capture business opportunities – SMU (Local products) development plans for accounts with L4L team.

Manager, DTC Allocation

Your mission

Accountable for leading the DTC Allocation function to optimize store inventory by product, size and location.

Responsible for initial allocation, replenishment, stock rotation and inventory balancing across DTC stores to maximize sell-through and minimize stock inefficiency.

Leads allocation logic, operational execution and performance monitoring to support product launch readiness and in-season sales opportunities.

  • [Task 1] : Lead DTC Allocation Strategy & Execution (40%)
    - Manage and guide DTC Allocation team in executing product allocation to the stores.
    - Ensure alignment between product launching timing, store inventory level and sales trend (initial allocation, replenishment and stock rotation).
    - Lead initial allocation planning by store, product, size and channel based on store profile, sales potential and launch strategy
    - Define and continuously improve allocation logic, store grading and replenishment rules.
     
  • [Task 2] : Drive Replenishment, Stock Rotation & Inventory Efficiency (40%)
    - Monitor sales trend, sell-through, stock coverage and size availability to identify replenishment needs.
    - Execute replenishment and store-to-store rotation to improve inventory productivity
    - Manage inventory balancing across DTC stores to reduce overstock, understock and aging inventory.
    - Collaborate with DTC Buying, DTC Planning and Retail Sales teams to improve sell-through efficiency.
     
  • [Task 3] : Allocation Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement (20%)
    - Track allocation KPIs such as sell-through, WOC, size availability, replenishment accuracy and aging stock.
    - Provide regular allocation performance reports and action plans.
    - Improve allocation tools, data logic and operational workflows to enable faster and more accurate decision-making
    - Support in-season product performance 

Your talent

  • Education : Bachelor degree or above
  • Professional : Minimum 12 years of retail allocation, inventory management or merchandising operations experience. Experience in apparel or footwear retail allocation would be an advantage.
  • IT Skills : High level of Excel knowledge / Experience with ERP, allocation tools or inventory management systems preferred.
  • Language Skills : Preferably English written and spoken at Business level
  • Competencies : Problem solving & Results-oriented & Organized and structured 
  • Functional Skills : Strong numerical and analytical skills, allocation logic, inventory control, replenishment planning and store-level performance analysis.
