Your mission

  • [Task 1] Category Range Management (30%)
    Build optimal seasonal assortments for relevant channels (franchise, SIS, wholesale) to drive net sales and gross margin performance.

  • [Task 2] Global Product Buying & Korea-exclusive Product Development (20%)
    Execute global product buying and lead Korea-exclusive product development to deliver locally relevant assortments.

  • [Task 3] Cross-functional Alignment (20%)
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing to plan and execute product launches and support category business objectives.

  • [Task 4] Global Communication (20%)
    Align with global and regional stakeholders including Global GTM, Global RBU, other markets, and the Regional Creation Center to execute category strategies.

  • [Task 5] Operational excellence (10%)
    Accurate forecasting, and on-time delivery for any necessary task. Efficient priority management for multi-season management.
     

Your talent

  • Education : Bachelor degree or above

  • Professional : About 7~10 years of experience in product merchandising for apparel / Numerical sense and strategic mind set / Preferred in global buying & concept creation / Preferred experience in Sport, Outdoor, Golf brands

  • IT Skills : Excel & PowerPoint: Highly advanced

  • Language Skills : Business English fluent

  • Competencies : Team player, Proactive, Pragmatic, Positive, Open and “hands-on”

  • Functional Skills : Verbal presentation & Communication skills (Outstanding level)

Your mission

Execute and deliver the right merchandising on a country level of respective business segments, in order to achieve the successfule Divisional and Business Unit mix set under the brand direction. Also, building a strong foundation which can establish ourselves in a solid / safe future position for its Longevity. Deliver a desirability of the Brand and also achieve the Country Financial plan/goal by supporting Regional / Global Brand strategy leading to maximum sell-through result.

  • [Task 1] (30%)
    Develop lifestyle product portfolio and strategies that meet consumers needs in line with distribution channels and key accounts in accordance with Global Brand Initiatives and Local Key Products for long-term.

  • [Task 2] (30%) 
    Execute Go-to-market process and manage the product lifecycle for entire of lifestyle footwear including seasonal.

  • [Task 3] (20%)
    Analyze business to establish an organized platform for delivering key story, concept and distinguished brand image.

  • [Task 4] (10%)
    Align product distribution to channels in coordination with Sales, Demand Planning, Retail, and Marketing.

  • [Task 5] (10%)
    Product presentations: support Sales management with presentations for selected Strategic accounts for regularly held Trade Shows.
     

Your talent

  • Education : Bachelor degree 

  • Professional : 10-15 years of experience in footwear merchandising in sports-lifestyle business

  • IT Skills : Highly advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint), basic knowledge of SAP preferred

  • Language Skills : Business English fluent

  • Competencies : Proactive / Sense of Trend / Teamwork / Communication Skills

  • Functional Skills : Product Line building and planning / Distribution channel comprehensive

To Ensure product delivery schedule meet launching date thru order management.

Delivery management to meet inventory level.

In charge of claim to PGS and factory.

Develop more efficient work process.

  • [Task 1] : Order placement: Apparel & Accessory (35%)

    A. Global
    - Set up the order placement date following the buying catalog on a regular basis
    - Place an order to meet the launching date target
    - Keep tracking a delivery schedule through communicating with PGS (Puma Global Sourcing)
    - Manage the order file to follow up an issue
    B. Local
    - Create Non-SourceCo order & local PO in SAP
    - Update partial shipment status per channel
    - Communicate with MD regarding inbound delivery schedule for monthly closing
     

  • [Task 2] : Order management: Apparel & Accessory (35%)
    - Keep updating information of each PO such as factory, delay of production, etc.
    - Change the ship mode / split order based on special request
    - Manage the delivery schedule to meet the inventory level and the launching dates
    - Provide the updated delivery schedule to related team
    - Share the order status to related teams
     

  • [Task 3] : Tag & Label management (5%)
    A. Global
    - Manage and update the label & tag in accordance with global guideline
    - Share tag information to related teams and communicate with global in case of issues with labels
    B. Local
    - Manage the label & tag following the guideline from Merchandising team
    - Place a tag & label order to local vendor for local products and imported products with tag issue
     

  • [Task 4] : Claim management (5%)
    - Investigate product issues and share the report to the global sourcing & related teams
    - Issue the claim in the system in a timely manner
    - Negotiate with global sourcing team to make up for the loss
     

  • [Task 5] : Forecasting accuracy & Monthly closing (20%)
    - Outstanding report
    - Report OTB & PO status
    - GR/IR clarify with Inventory report
    - Verify each channel & all div budget based on OTB for inventory status
    - Update Inbound monthly plan for RFC & FC1/FC2/FC3 & Budget

Your talent

  • Education : University degree in related major

  • IT Skills : High level knowledge of MS Excel (Database incl. Pivot Table), experience in SAP system

  • Professional : About 4 years of Demand planning or Retail / Merchandising experience in fashion or sports brand

  • Language Skills : Business English fluent

  • Competencies : Knowledge of Excel & SAP

Your mission

  • [Task 1] : Budget and FCST (40%)
    - Data preparation of Budget and Forecast process
    - Initiate communication with the other department for data preparation and check   
    - Do communication with HQ for the BU and FCST process
    - Support team manager for the overall BU and FCST process including the variance analysis

  • [Task 2] : Reporting on monthly and annual closing to HQ (40%)
    - 1st data preparation for various reporting to get controlling team manager review 
    - Lead the team to meet the due date for reporting with accuracy  
    - Communicate closely with finance, logistics and other related teams for the data analysis

  • [Task 3] : Internal control (10%)
    - Support to the line manager through data gathering and preparation for the internal control management   

  • [Task 4] : Insurance (5%)
    - Support the line manager for insurance management
    - Prepare the yearly insurance contracts

  • [Task 5] : Others (5%)
    - Data preparation for Ad -hoc reports
    - Support the line manager for various audits and special cases follow up
     

Your talent

  • Education : Accounting major is preferred but not mandatory
  • Professional : At least 8 years’ experience at finance or controlling team
  • IT Skills : SAP and Hyperion users preferred but not mandatory  
  • Language Skills : English – Above the medium level
  • Competencies : Proactive attitude, good communication skills and understanding 
  • Functional Skills :
    - Global reporting requirements and accounting area : Deep knowledge
    - Tax: Above medium level
