Assistant Executive Order Fulfilment (1 Year Contract)

Your mission

  • Process and place purchase orders with suppliers based on confirmed buys and merchandising direction.

  • Ensure accuracy of all purchase order details, including quantities, pricing, delivery dates, Incoterms, and payment terms.

  • Track order confirmations and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely acknowledgement.

  • Coordinate closely with merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, logistics, retail, and wholesale teams to support product launch timelines.

  • Monitor order placement and proactively flag risks related to capacity, lead times, delivery, or shipment delays.

  • Support order changes, cancellations, and reallocations as required to meet business needs

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date order data in relevant systems in accordance with internal processes.

  • Communicate purchase order status and shipment updates clearly to key stakeholders.

  • Provide basic support for product sample management, including maintaining sample records and assisting with showroom setup for sales events or trade shows.

Your talent

  • Diploma or above

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising, order management, or supply chain coordination.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.

  • Basic experience with SAP, or similar systems preferred.

  • Good coordination and communication skills across multiple internal teams.

  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Executive Order Fulfilment

Software QA Engineer (1-year Contract)

Your mission

  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, functional specs, and workflows, and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and coverage plans.
  • Design, document, and maintain clear test cases, test plans, and checklists.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user-acceptance testing across web, mobile (where applicable), and API layers, and confirm release readiness before each deployment.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with reproducible bug reports (logs, screenshots, and clear repro steps), and collaborate with developers to investigate root causes and verify fixes.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and continuously improve automation coverage, stability, and execution speed.
  • Communicate clearly with developers, and project managers throughout the release cycle.

Your talent

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or software development.
  • Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust).
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Swagger.
  • Comfortable with version control (Git) and CI/CD environments.
  • SQL skills for data validation and back-end verification.
  • Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and a curious, analytical mindset that enjoys breaking things to make them better.

Your mission

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, ETL workflows, and automated data processing tasks.

  • Support day-to-day data operations, including troubleshooting data quality issues, debugging pipeline failures, and resolving system defects.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data governance, validation rules, and data accuracy across systems.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and other visualization tools.

  • Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis on large datasets.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Strong programming skills and understanding in Python and SQL for data processing and automation.

  • Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Available to work a minimum of 2 days per week on a part-time basis

  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Self-motivated team player with strong learning ability and interest in data engineering and analytics technologies.

  • Candidates with relevant internship experience will be an advantage.
