Your Talent

  • University/College Degree
  • Have minimum 3 years in garment production experience

Your Mission

  • Monitor capacity, orders, production plan and delivery plan according to initial agreement for every seasons. Support supplier for process / procedure improvement: Capacity, Orders, Production, Delivery management
  • Support OM team on orders validation and their CHD (Confirmed Handover Date) with suppliers for every order download
  • Analyze Capacity Planning Report (capacity availability vs. actual orders), provide to OM team in order to optimize available capacity if any
  • Analyze production reports (WIP, output, packing ect…), physical checking from incoming component / materials, cutting, sewing and output of the factory to ensure the production plan is carried out for Key Account customers or special projects.
  • Identify if there is big gap between production plan and reality that lead to potential delay, workout with suppliers the recovered plan, inform related parties (customers, shipping etc.…) this potential delay and actions to catch up
  • Daily communicate / cooperate with related parties (QA, Developer, material teams etc...) to settle:  Current issue, Potential impact (Material delivery/quality, packing instruction, AD supply etc...) to achieve the delivery plan
  • Support / follow up special requirement from customers if any (extra test request, shipment improvement, photoshoot sample, TOP samples etc...)
  • Identify gaps of suppliers’ internal communication / process / procedure in handling PUMA orders, highlight to suppliers’ teams for improvement. Share best practices among suppliers to all including PUMA team

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field. Or a combination of education and manufacturing experience.
  • 5+ years previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. Golf industry experience is a plus. Quality assurance/ control experience or related technical field
  • Professional accreditation as a quality engineer by an appropriate authority or willingness to attain
  • Working familiarity of Quality system (e.g. ISO9001). Working knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and SPC Manuals. Black or Green Belt Six Sigma Certification a plus
  • Familiarity with COBRA product line, the game of golf and the golf industry is preferred
  • Able to work independently to investigate and analyze production issues
  • Numerical analysis ability and exceptional knowledge of testing methods, QC principles and practices, manufacturing operations and processes
  • 8D report experience is a plus
  • Familiar with MS Office, particularly Excel, and other statistical software, math and analysis skills. DOE/FMEA/ Six Sigma skills required
  • Ability to travel locally to other supplier facilities. Ability to create and maintain positive and productive relationships with both internal and vendor contacts with strong written and verbal communication skills

Your Mission

  • Responsible for supporting new program launches, supplier audits, and systemic supplier quality issues.
  • Responsible for working with US based Development, Design and Quality staff, China based management, and local supplier engineers to ensure new product/process production initiatives, criteria, and standards are implemented at supplier facilities for effective and efficient new product transition to production. Perform process audits and monitor quality control plans to ensure acceptable quality levels are being satisfied. Assist Quality Manager in formulating, analyzing and implementing continuous improvement programs
  • Monitors and improves supplier quality performance. Set up quality assurance plan (including gauges) for both head components and final finished products. Locally support all phases after 1st article and failure return/ defect found analysis
  • Works with PDE for new product pilot run verification and handover to mass production. Investigates and resolves part or process quality issues as part of a hands on operations team.
  • Leads supplier AQP and component review meetings/activities. Formulate and manage weekly quality summary and analysis
  • Assess new and current production supplier quality systems: supplier audits. Audit processes to validate new supplier or new production line and routine audits at current supplier base. Drive audit action plans to closure
  • Champions resolution of chronic supplier issues: identifies, prioritizes, charts occurrences/trends, implements and manages corrective action plans, reports on corrective actions/problem resolution. Develop and mentor suppliers in problem resolution, controls plans and PFMEA methodology
  • Helps manage quality disputes between head/club and component suppliers
  • Oversees process issues and customer complaints/returns. Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints. Ensure timely resolution

Your Talent

Your Mission

  • Work directly under the Manager Social Sustainability to identify and execute on opportunities to help supply chain stakeholders address key sustainability challenges, integrating social aspects into the overall PUMA sustainability program. Under the general functional area of Supply Chain Sustainability, the assistant manager focuses on a variety of strategic and operational tasks. Typically the position is attached to a regional area (e.g. one or several countries) or an area of expertise ( e.g. social compliance, human rights related capacity buildings, supplier social KPIs management etc.)
  • Coordinate and implement supplier meeting, capability building programs and industry working group programs within assigned region or area of expertise. Coordinate and/or conduct training of PGS, Subsidiary licensee sourcing teams and factory management/worker teams to promote understanding of the PUMA Code of Conduct and related Standards and communicate mutual challenges and solutions
  • Manage PUMA’s 3rd party audits, including follow up ILO Better Work or SLCP reports, or other audit reports converted from other FLA accredited brands or performed by authorized 3rd party firms. Update audit databases with the audit results conducted internally or from 3rd parties as indicated in the Internal Sustainability SOP. Lead the feedback process to respective Manager and respective internal stakeholders (i.e. Sourcing)
  • Perform remediation and verification visits of core T1/T2 supplier factories in country/region, to promote compliance with the letter and spirit of the Puma Code of Conduct and Manuals of Standards (Social, Occupational Health & Safety) and applicable local laws
  • Collect and verify social KPIs, analyze the data with insights and conduct surveys to drive continuous improvements in different Human Right targets
  • Follow up grievances from PUMA Hotline or escalated from third-party platforms. Coordinate with 3rd party grievance platforms to ensure smooth implementation, collect and analyze global data for reporting
  • Contribute to monthly team activity reports, track and report own expenses and complete expense reports properly and on-time, actively participate in at least 90% of team calls/meetings. Continuously seek to improve team effectiveness by positively contributing to planning and feedback processes
  • Contribute to updating PUMA Sustainability standards (Social, Occupational Health & Safety) and internal alignment documents according to internal and external needs

Your Mission

  • Prototype development (BOM). Develop assigned styles/collections with Design, PLM and suppliers including pricing and prototyping. Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up on all necessary documents (style specifications, size tables, fabrics and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments) through the development process
  • Product Development/Sampling: Independently developing assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / Product Line Management / Team Head Development / other Puma Group Sourcing (PGS) functions and Garment Suppliers. Ensure on time sample delivery, good sample quality / execution / fitting
  • Communication/Approvals: Drive proactive cross functional communication  with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth product development process. Provide and collect product comments  to help to achieve a higher product value. Follow up all requested changes to ensure on-time product finalization and approval (including artwork approvals) prior to bulk order placement (buy ready)
  • Create and Update Tech Packs in System. Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up all necessary documents (Style specifications, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments). Release Tech Packs to Garment Suppliers to start the product development process. Ensure on time data administration in Puma’s Product Range Management system and related IT systems
  • Pricing: Responsible for cost review and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to achieve best possible FOB (Free on Board) prices/margins according to target FOBs provided by the respective Puma SE Business Unit. Activate cost benchmarking activities especially for high volume styles to achieve FOB competitiveness
