Your Mission

To support all front and back sales function in realizing profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth

Task 1: To support all sales process, policies, strategic planning, analysis, tools and technology (B2B platform, digital catalogues, etc). To ensure close collaboration with all cross functional go-to-market function including IT, DP, finance and logistic representing the needs and request of sales organization

Task 2: To ensure ongoing transparency of sales discipline and performance (sales & margin, Trade Term, Orderbook, Inventory and resource available. To monitor all sales calendars and timeline ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all sales function. To maintain of master delivery address, customer special requirements, OOH tracking and DN Summary​

Task 3: To support the coordination and development of sales activities i.e. Go-To-Market management, sample availability, tradeshow and calendars, distribution guideline and policies​

Task 4: To support sales reporting requirements, order book management and the development for budget/forecasting accuracy. To monitor inventory, inbound and outbound. To support in consolidating on customer and competitor performance i.e market share and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key campaigns

Task 5: To measure progress on own KPI and ensure continuous improvement on PUMA Account management and service level

Your Mission

  • Support the expansion and maintenance of Partner locations and manage ongoing maintenance for all retail stores. Act as the on-ground coordinator for execution and upkeeping of brand presence.
  • Project Implementation & Support: Coordinate with partners to execute setups. Manage site-specific constraints and adapt layouts accordingly. Create critical project schedules and milestone tracking
  • Vendor Coordination: Engage and supervise local vendors for fit-out, electrical, branding, and display installations. Ensure vendors follow PUMA’s construction guidelines
  • Execution Monitoring: Conduct site visits to ensure timeline adherence and installation quality. Troubleshoot issues on-site and escalate when necessary
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain tracker for all VN projects: status, cost, completion. Submit handover reports, photos, and snag lists
  • Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate periodic maintenance activities (electrical, signages, minor civil work). Log and resolve store maintenance tickets promptly
  • Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure Partner locations maintain Puma standards. Report deviations and support corrective actions
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor costs for each project and maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to budgets
  • Support for Store Rollouts: Assist Project Teamhead on full store openings when needed, especially in overlap areas (like shared vendors or overlapping timelines)

  • Graduate in Textiles/Clothing or Technical Institute is preferable
  • 3 – 7 years relevant experience major in Active wear or Performance Sportswear, focusing on Knit items and all types of jackets (seam-seal, laminated, down, padded)
  • A working knowledge of woven and knit fabrics.
  • Computer skill – MS office & pattern software. Knowledge on CAD is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English are required.

Your Mission

  • Evaluate fitting/workmanship/grading on sealing and size set samples for styles sourced in the FE region (China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh and India). This will involve supporting Product Development Teams in Herzo, Boston and at source on fit / product development
  • Manage sealing and size set approval for fit, measurement and workmanship within the development and OPD calendar time frame.
  • Manage Final Measurement chart approval before bulk production
  • Review “development at source” Technical Packs for accuracy & completeness prior to their distribution.
  • Provide feedback on Technical pack accuracy / completeness & enhancements to product developers.
  • Prepare sample evaluation data on a seasonal basis
  • Provide technical support to Product development teams during the on-site meetings with factories
  • Create FE resizing measurement chart  for assigned ranges
  • Travel periodically to FE factories to review their progress on sampling performance

Your Mission

  • Prototype development (BOM). Develop assigned styles/collections with Design, PLM and suppliers including pricing and prototyping. Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up on all necessary documents (style specifications, size tables, fabrics and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments) through the development process
  • Product Development/Sampling: Independently developing assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / Product Line Management / Team Head Development / other Puma Group Sourcing (PGS) functions and Garment Suppliers. Ensure on time sample delivery, good sample quality / execution / fitting
  • Communication/Approvals: Drive proactive cross functional communication  with internal and external teams to ensure a smooth product development process. Provide and collect product comments  to help to achieve a higher product value. Follow up all requested changes to ensure on-time product finalization and approval (including artwork approvals) prior to bulk order placement (buy ready)
  • Create and Update Tech Packs in System. Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up all necessary documents (Style specifications, size tables, fabric and trim selection, fitting and sealing comments). Release Tech Packs to Garment Suppliers to start the product development process. Ensure on time data administration in Puma’s Product Range Management system and related IT systems
  • Pricing: Responsible for cost review and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to achieve best possible FOB (Free on Board) prices/margins according to target FOBs provided by the respective Puma SE Business Unit. Activate cost benchmarking activities especially for high volume styles to achieve FOB competitiveness
