Your Talent
Education/Experience: A business degree is helpful but not essential. Experience in sales, retail, or marketing, ideally 2+ years, is key.
Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are crucial for managing data and presenting strategies.

Are you ready to lead and score big with one of the world's most iconic sports brands? PUMA is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive growth, build strong relationships, and dominate the market in their designated territories. If you’re passionate about sports, sales, and strategy, this is your chance to join a winning team and make a real impact.
The Playbook:
- Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Grow market share and revenue within assigned Field Accounts. Craft winning sales cycles, create accurate forecasts, and build game-changing relationships with key accounts.
- Own the GTM Process: Support seasonal selling activities, develop smart sales patterns, and prioritize key customers. Collaborate with the field sales team to plan future ranges and elevate the PUMA brand.
- Execute Strategic Initiatives: Conduct regular store visits and quarterly reviews at head office level. Track key retail metrics and identify new business opportunities to keep PUMA's momentum strong.
- Hit Sell-In Targets: Achieve seasonal sell-in goals and ensure orders are placed and converted on time. Agree on KPIs with accounts and track progress to keep the scoreboard in our favor.
- Analyze & Report Performance: Monitor sales, margins, market share, and competitor performance. Focus on ROI and adjust strategies to drive success.
