Your Impact

Your role as Teamhead Commercial Marketing is pivotal in driving PUMA’s presence across all commercial environments. You will lead the team in developing and executing dynamic marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and elevate the brand’s positioning. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop & Lead Strategy – Own the commercial marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sell-through across all retail and wholesale touchpoints.

  • Innovate Campaigns – Lead a team in developing best-in-class marketing activations that create immersive brand experiences.

  • Stakeholder Leadership – Collaborate with internal and external partners, including global commercial marketing teams, retail teams, and key wholesale accounts, ensuring alignment and brand consistency.

  • Drive Execution – Manage end-to-end campaign implementation, ensuring flawless execution across in-store, online, and social channels.

  • Budget & Performance – Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring maximum impact while measuring ROI and campaign success.

At PUMA, everything we do is driven by speed, style, and performance and our Finance team is no exception. We’re searching for a Financial Accountant to step into a pivotal role supporting the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting across Australia and New Zealand.

This isn’t your standard back-office role. You’ll work across financial reporting, compliance, forecasting, treasury, and process improvement helping to sharpen the numbers that drive one of the most iconic sports brands in the world.

What you’ll do
Here’s where you come in. You’ll be the detail-driven operator who keeps our numbers in top shape, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insights that fuel the business. From day-to-day accounting to bigger-picture projects, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the financial engine behind PUMA Oceania.

  • Own core financial accounting activities including journals, accruals, reconciliations, and asset registers

  • Support compliance and reporting obligations (BAS, audits, ABS, and more)

  • Partner with the Senior Manager to prepare statutory financial statements

  • Manage intercompany, royalty, and treasury reporting

  • Spot opportunities for smarter processes and better systems

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a bold, forward-thinking leader with a sharp technical mind and the emotional intelligence to engage cross-functional teams. You're commercially savvy, action-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Ideally, you’ve walked the floor in retail or wholesale and understand what it takes to keep systems moving at the speed of customer expectations.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT management, with proven success in infrastructure and system transformation projects

  • Hands-on experience across Azure, Windows, Mac OS, O365, Teams, Jira, Confluence, SAP, PowerBI

  • Retail systems know-how POS experience (Sitoo preferred) highly regarded

  • Demonstrated project management skills: delivering complex tech initiatives on time and on budget

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels

  • A growth mindset and a knack for developing high-performing teams

  • Bonus: experience with PowerApps, Meraki, and general network infrastructure

Your Talent

Your Mission

We have a great part-time (fixed term) opportunity for a Product Developer!

You’ll be responsible for supporting the seasonal development and execution of our Sports Licensing ranges across local partners.

You’ll work within Global brand guidelines while tailoring to local market and partner needs. With strong cross-functional collaboration and supplier engagement, your contributions will help deliver high-quality products that align with our business objectives.

*Please note this is a Part Time Position on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Development Process

  • Support the seasonal strategy and execution of Local Sports Licensing ranges.

  • Adhere to the Seasonal Critical Path to meet development milestones.

  • Align with Global product guidelines while adapting for local needs.

  • Assist in the preparation of development specification packages for suppliers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate to deliver commercially viable and compelling seasonal collections that meet performance requirements and business targets.

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Support strong working relationships with Sports Licensing suppliers locally and globally.

  • Assist in capacity planning, product information sharing, and coordination of trim/accessory requirements.

  • Contribute to pricing discussions and support pattern development and management.

Quality Control Support

  • Monitor product quality across all development stages, from prototypes to final production.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues quickly to mitigate business risk.
