Your mission

  • Building Processes Across Cobra Business
    Sales planning operations roles
    Support all front-and back-end Sales functions
     
  • [Task 1] : Sales Planning (40%)
    - budget planning and forecasting on Account and yearly/quarterly
    - Work closely with the Sales team for Account sales forecast. (Budget, FC1, FC2 and FC3, Sales Promotion)
    - Regular net sales and gross profit Forecast management working with sales teams
    - Product order and warehouse management
    - Clean up product selections and ranges
    - Organize OPDs of Cobra Club, Cobra Components, and Puma Golf Products and manage orders/ warehousing schedules
     
  • [Task 2] : Sales Operation (30%)
    - SAP Operation: Create Sales & Delivery order, discount and commission upload Inventory & billing data check. Account credit limit management
    - Create delivery order by account based on product launching schedule and customer request.
    - Co-ordinate with the warehouse team for the inbound & outbound delivery to wholesale customers, plan, schedule and execute the distribution of products to customers
    - Arrange and keep updated of product launch/delivery schedule according to any issue and stock inbound status for on time delivery
     
  • [Task 3] : Sales Reporting (30%)
    - Monthly and annual sales forecast and account/margin analysis by product
    - Analysis of Industry Trends (Competitor)
    - To support head of Business Planning on channel strategy development 
    - Margin Analysis and Forecasting

Your mission

  • [SUMMARY] This role leads the end-to-end merchandising strategy for Teamsports (Football and Hoops (Basketball)) categories in Korea, driving both performance credibility and commercial growth. The position demands a deep understanding of sport-specific consumer behavior, market dynamics, and PUMA’s global brand direction, with a focus on channel-specific GTM execution, franchise building, and category storytelling / Teamsports merchandiser is expected to balance athlete-performance-led assortment planning with sell-through-oriented product lifecycle management, while also fostering cross-category synergy between performance and lifestyle expressions. This role is pivotal in solidifying PUMA’s positioning as a competitive player in Korea teamsports market
  • [Task 1] Category Ownership & GTM Planning: Own the end-to-end go-to-market process for Football and Hoops — from range adoption, local product strategy, and pricing setup to execution readiness and in-season management — ensuring alignment with global BU direction and local needs
  • [Task 2] Consumer & Channel-Specific Range Strategy: Build assortments based on distinct consumer segments, such as elite athletes, semi-pros, and street-level players, while adapting strategies across wholesale, DTC, and team channels to deliver functional and commercially viable GTM solutions
  • [Task 3] Franchise & Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of global and local franchises (e.g., FUTURE, ULTRA, MB, All-Pro Nitro), optimizing SKU productivity, pricing integrity, and carry-over efficiency, while ensuring timely transitions and campaign readiness
  • [Task 4] Sport Moment Activation & Storytelling: Align seasonal drops and storytelling with key moments such as major tournaments, league seasons, athlete partnerships, and local sport culture events to build energy and brand presence in both performance and lifestyle markets
  • [Task 5] Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market assessments, including competitor benchmarking, pricing reviews, and channel performance analysis to sharpen category strategy and ensure differentiation
  • [Task 6] Cross-BU Collaboration & Business Reporting: Collaborate with Sportstyle, sales, and marketing teams to amplify relevant crossover stories, while owning category-level reporting on sell-through, stock health, and seasonal performance to drive data-backed decision-making

Your mission

  • [SUMMARY] This role is responsible for executing daily financial transactions with a primary focus on accounts payable. The position ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in accordance with internal and external reporting standards.
  • [Task 1] Accounts Payable & General Ledger (25%):
    - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate posting. 
    - Review employee expense claims and verify compliance with company policies. 
    - Assist in month-end closing activities including accruals 
    - Perform assigned balance sheet reconciliation task 
  • [Task 2] Treasury Support (25%):
    - Prepare vendor and employee payment schedules and execute payments in a timely manner. 
    - Record and verify cash/bank transactions 
    - Support monthly cash flow forecast preparation. 
    [Task 3] Audit & Tax Filing Support (20%):
    - Prepare supporting documents and schedules for internal/external audits.
    - Support VAT and corporate income tax filing processes in coordination with external tax advisors. 
    - Assist customs declaration support by collecting necessary documents and liaising with logistics or brokers as required. 
    - Identify potential tax-related issues and escalate to Senior Finance Manager. 
    [Task 4] Inventory Accounting (15%):
    - Review and verify the accuracy of recorded inventory cost and allocated expenses in the ERP system. 
    - Collaborate with SCM team to verify inventory transactions properly booked. 
    - Reconcile inventory accounts with warehouse stock reports and investigate variances. 
    - Monitor inventory aging and support provision calculation for slow-moving or obsolete stock. 
  • [Task 5] Intercompany Reconciliation (10%):
    - Prepare and reconcile intercompany balances on a monthly basis. 
    - Investigate and resolve mismatches by coordinating with global and regional affiliates 
    - Ensure intercompany transactions are recorded in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards 
    - Process intercompany settlement process via COUPA and timely clearing of balances. 
  • [Task 6] Process Improvement & Compliance (5%):
    - Follow company procedures and internal control requirements to ensure compliance. 
    - Support finance team in updating local policies in alignment with global standards. 
    - Communicate with employees regarding finance compliance matters. 
    - Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects as assigned.
