Your mission

To support the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned Account(s). And delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to PUMA standards and qualitative brand objectives/directions.

    To drive and manage all business activities in relation to the account(s). Represent and document the interest of the account with PUMA interfaces and balance brand goals with account needs by leveraging Customer Info Deck and Customer Business Plans.

  • [Task 2] (25%) 
    To manage the annual selling and activity schedule (GTM Process) for the Assigned Account(s) – Strategy/plan and business review meetings, range review and sell-in meetings etc. Constant communication to define right customer segmentation and assortment planning in accordance with seasonal initiatives and brand investments with the Brand team (product).

    To deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s), agree with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-in & sell-out targets and monitor the progress. Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook making sure orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines.

  • [Task 4] (10%)
    To recruit and build the key account sales organization with respect to the AP Sales Org blueprint. To develop, train and lead all direct reports thru clear target setting, objectives guidelines and sales disciplines.

  • [Task 5] (10%)
    To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e., Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook etc. To monitor and report on customers and competitors’ performance ie. market share and development, sell-thru performance, and ROI on key activities, key KPI.

Your mission

Support the Puma brand and business both internally and externally by executing a series of Run/Train Marketing activities. This includes developing communication strategies aligned with the product roadmap as well as planning and executing storytelling campaigns focused on key products to elevate the brand’s desirability and credibility.

Understanding customers’ profiles and plan right segmentations and assortments in accordance to seasonal initiatives and brand investments.

Your mission

​Provide Leadership and Strategic Direction for the Merchandising Managers in order to guide and drive Country Range architecture and Planning for maximum sell-through results, reaching financial targets whilst supporting Global Brand Strategy. Position is Go-to-Market focused in terms of execution and planning.

    Delivering KPIs: execute Country Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed Country KPIs and Divisional / BU objectives.

    Market information input: Take lead of local market research/analysis about own brand and competitions including local retail price information, provide timely feedback to global and regional product development teams through regional merchandising function.
    Direct Creative Direction to interpret global concepts into locally resonant product stories, guiding visual identity and seasonal narrative in collaboration with Marketing and Design.

    Cross-Functional / Cross-Divisional Alignment: collaborate with Country Sales- Retail- and Marketing teams to coordinate activities against agreed and aligned Financial targets or other Country relevant Strategic goals. Guide and support Strategic and Key Account implementation in the Country in order to achieve maximum sell-through result and receive desired Divisional and Product mix.
    Partner with MOPS (Merchandising Operation) to ensure robust forecasting, inventory control, and demand-driven replenishment strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

    Lead the financial FP&A, drive strategic insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a proactive leader who can guide a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve financial and operational excellence.
