Your mission

This role is accountable for managing in-season trading activities to ensure efficient inventory management, seamless product rollouts, and effective cross-functional collaboration. This role demands strong analytical skills, close coordination with logistics, and proactive decision-making to optimize stock flow and maximize business performance. Oversight of multiple retail channels – Mono Doors – Full Priced Stores (FPS), Factory Outlet Concept (FOC) and Black Door (BD) – if any. Responsible for operations in Malaysia, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics, customer preferences, and business objectives.

Task 1: Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels at stores and warehouses to ensure balanced inventory.
- Compile and analyze detailed sizing reports and data insights to guide allocations.
- Assess historical trends to identify inventory risks and opportunities.
- Facilitate stock consolidation across stores to minimize slow-moving merchandise.
- Track and enhance sell-through rates for improved turnover.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising Planner to ensure continuous supply chain optimization for reordering, if any.

Task 2: Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with Country Logistics team to proactively plan product ranges, provide delivery forecasts, and monitor shipment status.
- Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries of merchandise.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to align with merchandising and promotional timelines.

Task 3: Effective and Efficient In-Season Rollout
- Set up pricing in the system accurately and on time.
- Responsible for updating internal and external price changes in the system.
- Ensure seasonal product assortments are planned and updated in line with any in-season changes.
- Oversee the timely rollout of monthly launches for seamless market entry.
- Manage stock replenishments, ensuring healthy stock levels while monitoring store capacity constraints.
- Maintain accuracy in markdown pricing and ensure proper price updates.
- Track incoming new stock and proactively flag items at risk due to shipment delays.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of promotional activities and Key Item (KI) product performance.

Task 4: Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Visual Merchandising and Store Operations teams on new product launches.
- Participate in monthly DTC meetings and conduct bi-monthly store walks/retail visits to gather insights.
- Partner with Merchandising Planner to ensure alignment on allocation, promotions, and stock flow.
 

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant studies.

Professional: Minimum 3-4 years retail / merchandising experience in a fashion, footwear, or apparel retail industry.
IT Skills: Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Your mission

This role will be responsible for execution of performance marketing campaigns on Lazada & Shopee (including META CPAS) for PUMA SEA. It is execution focused role with the expectation of hand ons experience of managing campaigns.


Task 1: Set up and track investment on Lazada & Shopee campaigns across objectives like sales, add to cart, conversion rate & key metrics.
Task 2: Manage Revenue, ROAS and CPM across different platforms & channels.
Task 3: Execute media plan & actively tracking the progress to scale up/down on the spending.
Task 4: Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Identifying patterns and trends in campaign data sets.
Task 5: Individual will also be responsible for finance matter including processing invoices/purchase order.

Your mission

The Manager, Visual Merchandising – Malaysia is responsible for driving brand-consistent, commercially effective, and premium retail experiences across all retail and wholesale doors in the country. This role leads VM strategy, execution excellence, and team capability development to ensure that PUMA’s global direction is translated into locally relevant, high-impact store environments that elevate consumer experience and drive sell-through. The role acts as the VM market lead, partnering closely with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, and SEA VM to deliver best-in-class execution across seasonal campaigns, new store openings, and ongoing store standards.

Your mission

Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a District of 8-12 stores to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.

Task 1: Deliver on Set Targets and KPIs

  • Deliver on set retail P&L and KPI targets and identify opportunities and initiate plans to improve and grow the business by increasing store productivity (e.g. Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, Sales per hour and sqm).
  • Increase comp sales of all PUMA stores by setting & driving SMART targets and implementing operating plans locally.
  • Closely monitor business performance and take necessary action.
  • Proactively manage Store-related OPEX with particular emphasis on Personnel Expenses.

Task 2: Operations Standards / Store Management

  • Adopt and implement global/regional Operational Tools and Standards.
  • Execute country-specific operational policies and procedures (per Global Retail Operation Manual) to ensure they are compliant with International/Global Retail standards.
  • Deliver all operational standards for store openings (with Daily Game Plan), closings, relocation, upgrades, stock replenishment, inventory management, staff roster etc, to ensure smooth implementation and that budgets and timelines are met.
  • Coach and lead local Retail Operations Teams to ensure Area- and Store Managers’ capabilities and competencies are developed and comply with International/Global standards.
  • Manage all operational aspects of store inventories, including defining in-store shipment processes, coordinating stock takes and ensuring data integrity. Work with Merchandise and Planning team to manage store inventory level to ensure optimal stock to support sales targets.
  • Manage country loss prevention standards and ensure that shrink goals are met and security is to PUMA standard.
  • Execute VM guidelines in accordance with Global VM Survival Guide and RESEC.
  • Guide, coach and train retail staff in all aspects of retail operations and retail training, working with close co-operation with the Country Retail Trainer. Support retail field training programs and roll-out of training initiatives.
  • Execute the Customer Experience Program and use it to improve Retail Sales and customer service standards.
  • Tailor Regional and International operational initiatives to meet Country needs including translation of material and execute these according to designated timeline and budget.

Task 3: Cross Functional Relationship

  • Work effectively with Retail support functions for country specific projects and needs.

Your mission

The primary role of this position requires the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of ecommerce business. This role requires a data-driven mindset, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Task 1: Sales Management
•    Monitor sales trends across PUMA’s ecommerce channels to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
•    Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor performance, campaign mechanics, and fashion trends to uncover new opportunities for PUMA.

Task 2: Communication and Collaboration
•    Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, content, marketing, operations, and training) to align on day-to-day ops, key campaigns, timely execution of ecommerce mechanics such as vouchers, flash sales, and short video activation.
•    Coordinate with external partners, marketplace reps, and enablers for campaign alignment, product exposure, and livestream technical setup.

Task 3: Livestream Management

•    Plan and manage livestream sessions, including scheduling, product arrangements, and performance tracking across Shopee and TikTok channels.
•    Evaluate livestream performance using key data metrics such as GMV, CR%, traffic, GPM, etc., and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales.
•    Coordinate with content creators, hosts, and internal creative teams to ensure engaging and brand-consistent livestream executions.

Task 4: Reporting
•    Maintain detailed records of sales performance (e.g., total GMV, live GMV, expenses).
•    Manage administrative responsibilities, including reviewing and processing billing documents from various vendors and marketplaces.
•    Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with consolidated summaries.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business management and relevant studies.

Professional: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry. Experience working for marketplaces, enablers, or fashion brands.

Your mission

This position is responsible to drive regional alignment, governance, and performance across SEA retail projects and design initiatives. This position operates by owning regional frameworks, strategic initiatives, governance mechanisms, and performance tracking, while influencing country teams through matrix leadership rather than direct reporting lines. The role balances retail design sensibility with strong project management discipline, enabling consistent execution, speed-to-market, and quality across all SEA retail formats including flagship, inline, factory outlet, SIS, and special projects. 

Task 1: SEA Project & Design Leadership and Coordination 

  • Act as the regional focal point for SEA Project & Design coordination across all countries. 
  • Drive alignment of country project pipelines with regional priorities and capacity. 
  • Ensure structured coordination between Project Managers, Design teams, and the Senior Head. 
  • Lead regional cadence meetings, follow-ups, and action tracking.  
  • Provide managerial oversight on delivery readiness, risks, and dependencies across SEA. 

Task 2: Governance, Standards & Quality Assurance 

  • Own and drive governance frameworks for retail design and project execution across SEA.  
  • Ensure adherence to Global Retail Environment standards and regional directives.  
  • Oversee approvals, design signoffs, and execution checkpoints.  
  • Proactively identify deviations, quality risks, and execution gaps; drive corrective actions.  
  • Support flagship and strategic projects with enhanced governance focus. 

Task 3: Strategic Initiatives, Innovation & Continuous Improvement 

  • Lead and drive regional strategic initiatives related to store formats, cost optimization, speed-to-market, and scalability.  
  • Identify opportunities for standardization, modularization, and sustainability.  
  • Translate strategic intent into actionable regional programs and playbooks. 

Task 4: Regional Performance Tracking, Reporting & Insights  

  • Own SEA-level dashboards covering project status, design readiness, timelines, and risks. 
  • Maintain consolidated insights on project health and delivery performance.  
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and decision-support materials. 
  • SEA project delivery adherence (timeline, readiness, quality). Governance and compliance effectiveness across markets. Impact of strategic initiatives (cost, speed, scalability, quality). Quality of regional reporting and leadership visibility. Stakeholder confidence and alignment scores.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Engineering, or relevant studies.

Professional: A minimum 7 years of experience in retail project management, retail design, architecture, or construction. Proven exposure to multi-country or regional retail environments. Experience managing flagship or complex retail projects preferred. Prior experience operating at a regional or matrix-management level is an advantage.

Your mission

This position is responsible to plan, manage, and optimize the SEA digital learning platforms and e-learning programs, ensuring scalable, engaging, and measurable training delivery across all SEA retail markets.

Task 1: Digital Learning Program Management
•    Develop, plan, and manage SEA e-learning programs in line with SEA retail training strategy.

Your mission

This position is responsible to develop, plan, and govern the SEA retail training content and regional training programs, ensuring alignment with retail strategy, brand standards, and seasonal priorities. This role leads content creation and program management to enable Retail Operations teams to execute training effectively at store level.

Task 1: Retail Training Content Development
•    Develop, plan, and maintain SEA-level retail training content aligned with retail strategy and brand priorities.
•    Create high-quality, visually engaging training materials using PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, storytelling, and retail relevance.
•    Design and produce visual learning assets, including product cards, job aids, infographics, and quick reference guides.
