Your Mission

The role is responsible for for providing key support across core HR operations, with a focus on employee engagement activities, payroll coordination, benefit administration and training administration. The incumbent will act as a key partner to deliver a positive employee experience and ensure smooth P&O operations, maintain compliance with local regulations.

Task 1: Employee Experience & Engagement Programs

Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and feedback surveys. Partner with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in employee satisfaction and engagement.

Task 2: Compensation & Benefits Administration

Support monthly payroll process by coordinating and preparing inputs such as employee overtime, retail commission, allowance, and deductions. Administer employee benefits programs for all employees including employee purchase, insurance enrolment, and leave management. Provide timely support and communicate to employees on benefits-related matters.

Task 3: HRIS & Employee Records Management

Ensure accurate and timely update of employee data in the HRIS. Maintain and audit digital employee files and ensure all documents comply with audit and legal standards.

Task 4: Learning and Development (L&D) Support

Support corporate training programs by coordinating training schedules, venues, materials, and attendance tracking. Administer HRD Corp claims, including submission, follow-ups, and post-training documentation.

Task 5: Performance Management administration

Support the annual performance management cycle including timeline tracking, system administration, and data collation. Work closely with managers and employees to ensure process compliance and data accuracy.

Your Mission

This role will be responsible for ensuring that systems, processes, and people operate efficiently and effectively behind the scenes to deliver an exceptional experience to PUMA customers. The role will cover PUMA.com technology (eCommerce platform, payments, data feeds, etc.), as well as backend fulfillment for PUMA.com and Marketplaces (Order Management System, Third Party Logistics, Last Mile Delivery, Return/Refund management,
etc.). The right candidate for this role will have a very strong eye for detail, a process-oriented approach, and an affinity for technology and process that delivers exceptional value for end consumers.

Task 1: Identify and implement continuous system and process improvements for inventory flow, order flow, returns and cancellations for both puma.com and marketplaces. Act as the primary business owner for the Order Management System (OMS).

Task 2: Manage and prioritize the throughput of external development teams using JIRA and Confluence. Document detailed requirements for enhancements and bug fixes in eCommerce systems and perform final UAT before they enter production environments.

Task 3: Ensure smooth operations of eCommerce fulfillment including payments, order flow, packaging, last mile delivery and order tracking. Monitor and optimize existing payment, fraud and refund systems and work on the
integration of new alternatives. Support the Customer Service team with inquiries on orders, returns, payments and refunds, and seek to further streamline the processes and tool.

Task 4: Manage projects with multiple local and Global stakeholders to execute the eCommerce roadmap.

Task 5: Periodically report on, analyses and control operational metrics to identify areas of concern and opportunity. Keep documentation of system interfaces and standard processes up-to-date in Confluence.

Your Mission

Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a District of 8-12 stores to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.

Task 1: Deliver on Set Targets and KPIs

  • Deliver on set retail P&L and KPI targets and identify opportunities and initiate plans to improve and grow the business by increasing store productivity (e.g. Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, Sales per hour and sqm).
  • Increase comp sales of all PUMA stores by setting & driving SMART targets and implementing operating plans locally.
  • Closely monitor business performance and take necessary action.
  • Proactively manage Store-related OPEX with particular emphasis on Personnel Expenses.

Task 2: Operations Standards / Store Management

  • Adopt and implement global/regional Operational Tools and Standards.
  • Execute country-specific operational policies and procedures (per Global Retail Operation Manual) to ensure they are compliant with International/Global Retail standards.
  • Deliver all operational standards for store openings (with Daily Game Plan), closings, relocation, upgrades, stock replenishment, inventory management, staff roster etc, to ensure smooth implementation and that budgets and timelines are met.
  • Coach and lead local Retail Operations Teams to ensure Area- and Store Managers’ capabilities and competencies are developed and comply with International/Global standards.
  • Manage all operational aspects of store inventories, including defining in-store shipment processes, coordinating stock takes and ensuring data integrity. Work with Merchandise and Planning team to manage store inventory level to ensure optimal stock to support sales targets.
  • Manage country loss prevention standards and ensure that shrink goals are met and security is to PUMA standard.
  • Execute VM guidelines in accordance with Global VM Survival Guide and RESEC.
  • Guide, coach and train retail staff in all aspects of retail operations and retail training, working with close co-operation with the Country Retail Trainer. Support retail field training programs and roll-out of training initiatives.
  • Execute the Customer Experience Program and use it to improve Retail Sales and customer service standards.
  • Tailor Regional and International operational initiatives to meet Country needs including translation of material and execute these according to designated timeline and budget.

Task 3: Cross Functional Relationship

  • Work effectively with Retail support functions for country specific projects and needs.
  • Establish collaborative and effective relationships with Country Retail Manager, Retail Training, Retail Marketing, Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce Director etc.

Task 4: Process Improvement

  • Set and implement best practices on Operations Management via cross-functional and cross-channel collaboration. Drive process improvements and strategic priorities in the country.

Task 5: Teams

  • Drive and coach country Operations teams to ensure that they are motivated and capable of managing the business effectively.
  • Work closely with Country Retail Training teams to identify the relevant developmental needs for store teams to ensure that training programs are targeted, relevant and conducted effectively.
  • Work closely with country support functions and wholesale teams.
  • Identify talent within the staff pool and develop them as part of succession planning.

Your Mission

Manage content of Puma e-commerce under the fast-growing E-commerce dept and work closely with all key functions in the organization as well as external vendors i.e. marketplaces, enablers, etc.

Task 1: Marketplace Content strategy launches and channel management, work together with stakeholders to set up Puma SEA content strategy/operations, product launches and develop content calendar for 52 weeks for various marketplaces, which will be aligned with marketing & e-commerce calendar.

Task 2: Manage and maintain content resources by leveraging global synergy (global visual portal) and localized tasks, including store decoration, product photo shooting, videos and etc. Understand consumer insights and shopping behavior from different marketplaces, drive both brand consistency and differentiation among them.

Able to design, file and share content in a logical way and monitor marketplaces in a daily basis in terms of the content/ copywriting/ photography/ font/ and etc, so that global branding standards are met. Work together with Ecommerce Marketplace Team for key designs and campaign banners to make sure brand image is well managed.

Task 3: Coordinate with internal teams and regional partners to ensure all product listings go live on schedule with accurate, up-to-date content.


Manage backend operations across Seller Centers, including updating product listings, configuring campaign modules, and uploading promotional assets.


Upload and test all campaign-related content and assets ahead of go-live dates to ensure seamless execution.

Task 4: Cross-function communications: cooperate with eCom performance marketing and business teams in a weekly basis, and implement local marketplace Campaign initiatives through product launches and content strategy across SEA marketplaces
 

Work together with Ecom Merchandising and Ecom Marketing Manager, and support content based on product launch calendar. Be supportive and flexible to solve sale KPI, i.e. sell thru of slow movers, KV styles and etc.

Task 5: New projects & data analysis: Able to plan visuals creatives and use data to adjust content strategy, i.e. UV, conversation rate, inventory value and etc. Work together with PUMA eCom business team and provide competition analysis report from content & creative perspective, and drive innovation for all marketplaces.

Your Mission

Senior Executive, People & Organization - Retail will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities for the retail business unit in Malaysia. This role reports directly to the Teamhead, People Connection & Attraction SEA, and works closely with the Head of Retail, Area Managers, Store Managers, and the broader retail team across all stores in Malaysia.

Task 1: Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail positions to ensure stores are fully staffed with qualified talent. Regular visits to PUMA Malaysia stores to proactively identify potential candidates through on-ground networking within retail environments.

Task 2: People & Organization Operations

Manage the full spectrum of HR operations for the retail business unit, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle — including onboarding, transfers, performance management, offboarding, exit interviews and etc. Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the Workday system in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Task 3: Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, including employee surveys, social recognition programs, and other experience-focused activities. Analyze feedback and develop targeted action plans in response to employee voice insights.

Task 4: Industrial Relations

Manage industrial relations matters and provide advice and support to the Head of Retail, Area Managers, Store Managers, and team members in addressing and resolving employee relations issues.

Task 5: Reporting

Support the monthly HR reports, including compensation and benefits overview for retail business unit, manpower planning updates, and attrition analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Your Talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in ecommerce, business management or relevant studied.

Professional: Prior experience of running Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, Meta Ads (Google Ads will be a plus point).

IT Skills:  Understanding of Lazada and Shopee Seller center platform, Meta platform, Google platform. 

Language Skills: Fluent in English (2nd language is a plus). written and verbal. 

 

Your Mission

This role will be responsible for execution of performance marketing campaigns across our platforms including marketplaces and com to support E-commerce for PUMA SEA. To be hands on in optimizations for Sponsored Discovery Ads, Meta and Google Ads. 

Task 1: Set up and track investment on Meta campaigns across objectives like catalogue sales, conversion, store traffic, awareness.

Task 2: Optimization of Meta campaigns.

Task 3: Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs.

Professional: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Transportation Management. Industry: Retail, Wholesales, Sports

IT Skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and

Your Mission

The Senior Executive, Logistics oversees daily operations to ensure the department meets its cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. He or she drives continuous improvement initiatives and maintains strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth B2B and B2C business processes.

Task 1: Inventory Management

  • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements - physical stocks and system in both PUMA system and 3PL system.
  • Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are matched.
  • Keep track and monitoring cycle counting, short pick, temp-missing, slow moving and obsolete stock with 3PL warehouse and inventory team.
  • Take charge of the non-inventory product kept accurate.

Task 2: Transportation Management

  • Deliver on time to scheduled required arrival date to the customer.
  • Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routes or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs.
  • Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries regarding delivery status.
  • Handle feedback, queries and complaints positively.  Provide immediate and long-term solutions.  
  • Schedule/ arrange collection with warehouse on return collection.  Monitoring the return been pickup and reach destination on time.

Task 3: Warehouse Management

  • Evaluate warehouse picking, packing efficiency and order accuracy.
  • Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.
  • Create policies or procedures for warehouse activities.
  • Responsible for monitoring warehouse order fulfillment, stocks return/ reverse management.

Task 4: Report & Others

  • Conduct feasibility & analytical study on logistics operation. 
  • Logistic reports are updated on time with accurate data.
  • Conducts functional review meetings.
  • Organize the Documents Library.
  • Support all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the manager.
  • Responsible to follow up all 3PL invoices for payment processing.
