Your mission

  • Together with the Store Manager, you ensure that the store continuously meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability targets through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, cost control, and first-class service.

  • You ensure consistently high customer satisfaction within the store according to our PUMA values and established service standards. You are responsible for the accurate execution of sales, exchanges, refunds, as well as discount promotions at the cash register while ensuring that all guidelines are followed.

  • You support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, coaching, motivating, and retaining high-performing and results-oriented team members.

  • You manage and monitor the Loss Prevention education and awareness programs; you take responsibility for Loss Prevention and Operational Compliance within the store.

Your mission

As our Paid Media Lead, you will shape how paid media generates profitable growth across the Puma global ecommerce business. You will lead activities across search, paid social, display, and emerging channels, raising the bar on strategy, automation, measurement and execution whilst building and inspiring a world-class team. 

You will lead and elevate an existing team, sharpen channel strategy, raise execution quality, and ensure media investment delivers incremental growth. 

To succeed in this role, you must have been a hands-on operator yourself. You know what great looks like across campaign structure, bidding, audiences, feeds, creative testing, measurement, attribution and pacing. You can motivate agencies, platforms, and internal teams with knowledge, passion and credibility. 

You will be part of the Global Acquisition & Retention team and work closely with Brand, regional teams, BI, Finance, CRM, MarTech, and external partners to make paid media a true growth engine.

  • Define and lead the global paid media strategy across search, paid social, display, and emerging channels
  • Desire to deep dive into campaign performance, extracting actionable insights to iterate on strategy and inform future marketing activity
  • Own the global paid media roadmap across structure, capability, measurement, automation, operating model, and partner management
  • Act as the senior expert across Google Ads, SA360, DV360, CM360, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and other relevant buying platforms
  • Set global standards for campaign architecture, tracking, audience strategy, creative testing, budget allocation, bidding, and optimization
  • Ensure investment decisions are grounded in strong commercial logic, moving beyond just CPA into contribution margin, CLTV, payback, customer quality, and incrementality
  •  Partner with BI, Finance, and MarTech to strengthen measurement frameworks, improve forecasting, and build a clearer view of channel effectiveness across the funnel
  • Drive advanced automation and AI adoption across paid media to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Lead and inspire the paid media team into a state-of-the-art center of excellence
  • Own ad platform and agency relationships and, together with our Senior MarTech Manager, key AdTech partner relationships
  • Contribute and challenge channel mix, budget allocation, and current ways of working to unlock better growth
  • Cross-functional collaborate with CRM, Brand, Content, and Creative teams to connect paid media to the broader customer journey

Your talent

  • Extensive experience in paid media leadership roles, ideally across both a fast paced consumer brand and leading media agency
  • Deep and recent hands-on expertise across paid search, paid social, and ideally display
  • Strong platform fluency across Google Ads, SA360, DV360, CM360, Meta, TikTok, and other major buying platforms
  • Deep familiarity with the wider media and data ecosystem, including CDPs, analytics platforms, tagging frameworks, and audience activation workflows
  • Highly data driven and adaptable with the ability to interpret complex performance data and turn it into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Commercially driven, with a clear view of healthy acquisition beyond just ROAS
  • Experienced in setting up global paid media playbooks and guardrails for regional execution

  • Drive commercial results by managing revenue, margin, profitability, and identifying growth opportunities through data and market analysis.

Your mission

As the Global eCom App Marketing Manager, you will define and lead our global app retention and growth strategy across all owned app communication channels. 

This role will own the end-to-end global app lifecycle roadmap, from engagement and retention strategy to reporting and analysis, vendor partnerships, and enablement of local market teams. You will work closely with global and local performance marketing teams, CRM, UX/UI, BI and Analytics, Engineering and external vendors to ensure our app ecosystem delivers measurable customer lifetime value. 

  • Define and lead the global app retention and engagement strategy across push notifications, in-app messaging, and other app communication channels
  • Build lifecycle frameworks covering onboarding, activation, engagement, loyalty, win-back, and reactivation
  • Establish global best practices and scalable playbooks for local market execution
  • Drive personalization and segmentation strategies in partnership with CRM and data teams

Your mission

As Senior MarTech Manager, you will own how marketing technology enables growth across the customer journey: from audience strategy and activation to measurement and lifecycle orchestration. 

This role exists to turn tools into outcomes. In partnership with Brand, BI & IT, you will define how the MarTech ecosystem should look like, how different components integrate, what “good” looks like at scale, and how global and regional teams activate technology consistently, intelligently, and profitably. 

You will define high-impact use cases, and ensure the stack is configured, integrated, and adopted in a way that unlocks real business value. You will act as the connective tissue between digital marketing, CRM/lifecycle, analytics, data, and external partners, helping the organization move to a cohesive, AI-ready ecosystem. 

  • Define and lead the global MarTech strategy and roadmap in support of growth, efficiency, and customer relevance 
  • Own the business logic of the MarTech ecosystem (GMP, CDP/DMP, ESP, measurement), ensuring tools work together as a coherent system 
  • Define, prioritize, and evolve MarTech use cases tied to audience activation, lifecycle orchestration, personalization, and incrementality 
  • Act as the key business counterpart to agencies and vendors, challenging implementations for quality, scalability, and long-term value 
  • Act as the super-user of the MarTech stack (e.g. CDP, SA360, Branch, GMP, ESP), driving adoption, feature utilization, and innovation 
  • Upskill the organization by building playbooks, trainings, workflows, and activation standards

  • Be the main fire-starter for first-party data activation, powering audience strategy, lifecycle orchestration, and the marketing flywheel

  • Stay up to date on AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies, translating them into practical MarTech use cases and working with the right vendors to bring them to life.

  • 7+ years of experience in MarTech within commercial marketing teams 
  • Proven track record as a hands-on MarTech leader, driving adoption and value 
  • Deep understanding of platforms such as CDPs, Google Marketing Platform, Branch, Emarsys and marketing automation tools 
  • Strong grasp of data flows, identity, consent, and measurement in a privacy-first environment
