Wat bieden wij?

Als je een flexibel, open-minded en toegewijd persoon bent, biedt PUMA interessante mogelijkheden. Wij werken met meerdere stagiaires in een jong en hardwerkend team. Een aantal van onze collega’s zijn hier na hun stage komen werken.

Naast hard werken maken wij ook tijd voor gezamenlijke sportieve activiteiten. Zo organiseren we graag een potje padel, lesje yoga, een bootcamp of een HYROX-workout. Ga jij de uitdaging aan?!

De stage duurt 6 maanden voor 40 uur per week en start begin september 2025 of later, en overleg. De officiële startdatum wordt in overleg met jou bepaald. En niet onbelangrijk: ook is er een stagevergoeding. De stage vindt plaats op ons PUMA-kantoor in Leusden, maar houd er rekening mee dat we in het vierde kwartaal van 2025 naar Utrecht verhuizen.

Wat ga je bij ons doen?

PUMA biedt een leerzame stageplek, ter ondersteuning van het Sales team. Je gaat ondersteuning bieden aan het Sales Team binnen alle categorieën, zoals Football, Training, Running en Lifestyle. Daarnaast is er in overleg een mogelijkheid om te werken aan een afstudeeronderzoek. Hiervoor ligt nog geen opdracht klaar maar staan we open voor eigen inbreng.  

Dit houdt verder in:

  • Ondersteuning bieden aan en meelopen met het PUMA Benelux Sales Team
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij het analyseren van doorverkoopcijfers
  • Samenstellen van wekelijkse rapportages
  • Optimaliseren van, voornamelijk online, zichtbaarheid van producten
  • Behandeling aanvragen vanuit klanten of collega’s
  • Periodieke sales trainingen waardoor jij jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen

Your Mission

  • You provide excellent customer service and continuously implement it on the sales floor in accordance with PUMA values and established service standards.
  • You ensure that through effective customer service, your individual performance meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability goals.
  • You ensure a quick, competent, secure, and accurate processing of the sales transaction at the cash register.
  • You guarantee cleanliness and order in the store as well as adherence to all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA values.
  • You are responsible for the execution and handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • You look for ways to improve the flow of goods and communicate this to your team.

Your Talent

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design leadership, ideally within the E-Commerce or Retail sectors

  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles, visual storytelling, and intuitive user experiences

  • Experience leading and mentoring design teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders

  • Proficiency in UX research, prototyping, and testing methodologies to inform design decisions

  • Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design across digital platforms

  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, and execute design initiatives from concept to delivery

  • Familiarity with global trends in digital consumer behavior and design innovation.

Your Mission

  • Lead and inspire a team of UX/UI designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences across all PUMA Direct-to-Consumer touchpoints (E-Commerce, App)

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, Strategy, and Brand teams to shape and execute the UX/UI vision aligned with PUMA’s business objectives

  • Ensure consistency and excellence in user experience through the development and maintenance of design systems and brand guidelines

  • Leverage data, user research, and insights to continuously optimize the digital journey, improving usability, accessibility, and conversion

  • Translate complex business and customer needs into simple, engaging, and effective digital solutions

  • Act as the key point of contact for UX/UI topics globally, aligning regional needs with global design strategies

Your Talent

  • Solid experience leading affiliate marketing on a global scale, ideally in retail, lifestyle, or sports — and a strong track record of driving real growth

  • Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms (e.g. AWIN, CJ, Rakuten), tracking tools, feed management tools (i.e. Feedonomics) and optimization levers in a complex, multi-region setup

  • A strategic mind with strong analytical skills — you can turn performance data into action and make smart decisions quickly

  • Strong relationship-building skills — you know how to work with senior leaders and external partners to get buy-in and drive results

  • A collaborative, hands-on approach; you are comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and know how to get things done across teams and time zones.

Your Mission

As our Senior Manager for Global Affiliate Marketing, you will take full ownership of the channel’s global growth. You will shape the vision, set the roadmap, and bring together regional and global teams to make affiliate marketing a key revenue driver for the business. You will work closely with senior leaders, tech partners, and regional teams to build something scalable, forward-thinking, and impactful. You won’t just manage what exists — you will question what’s possible, test bold ideas, and set new benchmarks.

  • Develop and lead the global affiliate marketing strategy and roadmap — ensuring it supports our broader business goals and delivers sustainable growth

  • Build strong, high-value relationships with affiliate networks and top partners, making sure we are always aligned on what matters most

  • Challenge the current setup, spot quick wins, and uncover new opportunities through data, insights, and a healthy dose of curiosity

  • Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to make sure affiliate marketing is tightly integrated into our global marketing and growth plans
