Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, preferably with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-channel retail marketing activations
  • Deep understanding of omni-channel and regional retail strategies
  • Strong project management, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time including some nights and weekends

Your Mission

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop comprehensive quarterly marketing directives for PUMA owned outlet stores
  • Lead the development and execution of a robust calendar of deliverables focused on in-store promotions and events, mall marketing, paid media, Email, OOH, Social, affiliate and community initiatives
  • Serve as point person to troubleshoot needs arising out of the planned scope and deliver timely solutions to support uninterrupted store services
  • Provide direction and communications focused on briefing, cost negotiation and end-to-end project management to PUMA’s external partners
  • Create best-in-class communications to field associates and serve as primary point of contact for owned projects
  • Lead the planning and execution of in-store marketing programs including but not limited to in-store promotions and events, mall marketing, paid media, Email, OOH, Social, affiliate and community initiatives
  • Manage creative development, production timelines, and executional excellence across all physical retail locations
  • Lead the retail communication of marketing programs to all field teams
  • Oversee vendor relationships for signage, printing, activations, and external agencies
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently; analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) and consumer insights to optimize campaigns, regularly report on KPIs, and recommend improvements
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as requested or assigned
