Your Talent
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Controlling.
Mindestens 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im (Konzern-)Rechnungswesen eines international ausgerichteten Unternehmens oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
Spaß im Umgang mit Zahlen und der internationalen Rechnungslegung.
Hervorragendes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen.
Strategische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Sorgfältiger, strukturierter und selbständiger Arbeitsstil, hohe Proaktivität sowie ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Teamfähigkeit.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Hohe IT-Affinität; sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere Excel. Erfahrung mit gängigen Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Systemen von Vorteil.
Your Mission
Eigenständige Bearbeitung einzelner Schritte bei Konsolidierung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Planungsszenarien entsprechend gültiger IFRS Standard
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des externen Berichtswesens (insbesondere Erstellung Konzernanhang)
Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Berichten und Prozessen im Bereich Konsolidierung und Konzernsteuerung
Gestaltung und Implementierung von finanzwirtschaftlichen Standards nach IFRS im Konzernverbund
Fachliche und technische Unterstützung der Konzerngesellschaften im Umgang mit dem IFRS 16 Leasing Tool
(ggf.) Mitarbeit beim Berichtswesen an die Muttergesellschaft
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Controlling im Rahmen der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
Betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen im Rahmen der Planungs- und Reportingprozesse
Ad-hoc Analyse
Eigenständige Mitarbeit an unternehmensübergreifenden Projekten bzw. Sonderprojekten.
