Your Talent
- At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Head Office or similar role, ideally within the sporting goods industry
- Deep understanding of the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry and competitive landscape
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with ability to structure complex topics into clear and concise presentations
- Highly structured, discreet and reliable way of working and proven track record as a team player.
Your Mission
- Develop executive-level presentations and reports for the CEO, effectively communicating current business performance and strategic initiatives to key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Supervisory Board Meetings, internal milestone meetings,…)
- Prepare and coordinate regular leadership meetings to ensure alignment and foster effective organizational direction across the entire business
- Promote accountability and transparency by support informed decision-making processes and tracking the implementation of agreed actions
- Assist in managing the CEO’s priorities and interactions with core internal and external keyholders to drive successful outcomes
- Lead individual initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overarching corporate strategy.
