PUMA is on the hunt for a driven and ambitious National Sales Executive to take our partnerships with field accounts and key buying groups to the next level. About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth across assigned field key accounts and strategic retail groups. You’ll execute PUMA’s sales strategy, using market insights and data to optimise account performance while ensuring our brand values are upheld. With 60-70% travel required, this role is for someone ready to be out in market, building relationships and delivering commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead sales efforts with assigned field accounts and franchise groups, maintaining a strong sales call cycle with accurate forecasts and opportunities.

  • Drive the seasonal selling activity (GTM process) in your territory, supporting field sales teams with segmentation, assortment planning and future initiatives.

  • Conduct regular store visits and quarterly reviews, focusing on retail metrics that drive profitable growth.

  • Deliver seasonal sell-in targets, set and monitor KPIs and sell-through goals with accounts, and ensure timely order book conversion.

  • Forecast, track and report on sales, margin, trade terms, and competitor performance to ensure we’re always ahead of the game.
