Your Talent
- Education : Bachelor degree or above
- Professional :10~15 years of experience in apparel design / Experience in concept creation (Must) / Understanding on both sports and lifestyle / Preferred experience in Sport & Street & Fashion
- IT Skills : Highly advanced in adobe, good at MS tool
- Language Skills : Business English fluent
- Verbal presentation & communication : Outstanding level is required
- Attitude : Creative, Proactive, Passion, Positive, Team player, Open and “hands-on”
Your Mission
- [Task 1] Creative direction for concept and product (25%)
- Digest global creative direction, and create Korean market own design concept strategy to lead local market trend.
- Set the clear short/ mid/ long term brand guide, such as theme, concepts, colors including details.
- Create brand own signature elements for sustainable branding & winning in market - [Task 2] Setting the guideline for detailed design elements for localized apparel and accessory, and controlling outsourcing designers (25%)
- Set clear guideline for seasonal local design elements for apparel and accessory– material, silhouette, color, construction, pattern & cutting lines, artworks.
- Enhance and standardize the quality of outsourcing design to be under clear guide from creative direction team. - [Task 3] Creation process & efficiency management for localized apparel and accessory (20%)
- Set clear guideline for seasonal local design elements for apparel and accessory– material, silhouette, color, construction, pattern & cutting lines, artworks.
- Enhance and standardize the quality of outsourcing design to be under clear guide from creative direction team. - [Task 4] Lead cross-category & cross-division creative (15%)
- Cross-functional communication to deliver the creative direction for market own key stories. Aligning with footwear merchandising and marketing team, to make the one strong “PUMA story” happen. - [Task 5] Operational excellence (15%)
- Responsible for managing operational excellence in team & outsourcing designers, such as clear format, standardized quality level of outcome, and timeline management (on-time delivery and balancing workload) for any necessary task.
