- College/University degree with a focus on Business/Merchandising

Your mission
Execute the merchandising strategy and deliver apparel assortments for the DTC business. Continuously maintain all seasonal tools and assortments, including developing and maintaining key relationships among cross-functional teammates ensuring alignment and collaboration at all key milestones. In addition, you will analyse data and insights to support the business throughout the product calendar.
- In alignment with the APP GTM Sr. Manager, partner with market sales and merchandising teams to provide marketplace/product (qualitative and quantitative) insights to BU teams to ensure a relevant global offering that fulfills marketplace product needs.
- Co-lead and facilitate key Merch and GTM milestones and handle all the deliverables according to the GTM process
- In collaboration with the APP GTM Sr. Manager, drive the creation of seasonal merchandising plans for sustainable category growth and an optimized, consumer-centered global product offering
- Monitor in-season product performance in the regions
- In collaboration with the APP GTM Sr. Manager, drive the Key Account interaction model
- Read and react to in-season analytics/insights and identify opportunities to adapt current business and inform future assortments, merchandising strategies, and strategic initiatives
- Work closely with the regional apparel merchandising teams to provide consumer, competition and customer quantitative and qualitative feedback as input to future product merchandising strategies
- Manage the Run/Train APP storage and sample requests
- In charge of showroom maintenance after big milestones, in collaboration with the APP GTM Sr. Manager
- Support with horizontal performance APP projects to improve the APP GTM processes.
