Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solution-oriented, highly structured, and can work under pressure
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Your Mission
- The Intern, Retail will be responsible for the direct day-to-day sales reconciliation to upload SAP, as well as support on store operation & partners promotions
- Get the raw sales and return transaction report from Speedpos mailbox. Format the data as per SAP requirements. Calculate to define KEN/KEF or KRN/KRF
- Upload to SAP (ZLK4 – ZZPRICE – ZZRET1) for appropriate sales and return transactions. Follow the steps to upload the prepared data file
- Confirm the successful upload by checking the transaction logs with Finance stakeholder
- Support Store manager to reconcile inventory between SAP & Speed (local POS)
- Support on store customers services, collaborate with Store Manager to prepare for new launching/ promotion to update frequent customers.
- Support store goods receive in peak time (He/She will work at store one day per week)
- Research partners and competitors promotion/ VM/ pricing monthly. ECUS, SAP, PBI report and all kinds
- Following up pending payment/ hard copies collection to suppliers/ vendors.
- Others assigned by line manager
