Your Talent
- Solid understanding of the performance retail environment and its dynamics, complemented by experience or knowledge in the teamsports business
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers, supported by strong presentation and communication skills
- High level of commitment, team orientation, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel as required by the role.
Your Mission
- Drive profitable and sustainable growth in market share, sales, and brand visibility for PUMA within a defined customer portfolio, aligned with PUMA’s strategic goals
- Manage pre-orders and re-orders, and prepare tailored offers for PUMA collections according to seasonal cycles and customer needs
- Analyze customer requirements and develop targeted measures to unlock sales potential—both in pre-order and post-order phases—to ensure long-term revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and evolving customer expectations, derive innovative (out-of-the-box) approaches, and implement new strategies to increase PUMA’s market share
- Acquire new customers in line with PUMA’s strategic guidelines to further expand our footprint.
