Your mission

The role is responsible for managing visual merchandising presentations through successful VM programs, developing clear guidelines, conducting store visits, and preparing reports to continuously enhance the team’s skills and standards. You will lead visual merchandising initiatives, oversee display maintenance, and support new store openings to ensure consistent and impactful VM execution, creating an engaging in-store experience.

  • Responsible for executing VM planning and execution including window launch, planogram, seasonal in-store launch, floor set change & floor plan.
  • Create visual concepts, in-store communication & artwork includes in-store promotion signage, visual guides, social media digital artwork & marketing collateral.
  • Responsible to coach & train  in-store Visual Merchandising Specialist(VMS)  & operation team on visual merchandising guideline & standard. Ensure the VM maintenance & standard in-line with the brand principle.
  • Track and control VM budget & expenses, administrative &  paperwork.

Your talent

  • Bachelor degree or High Diploma. Candidate should posses at least a Diploma in retail/VM; or its equivalent proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design.
  • Functional: Proven Retail/Trade marketing experience for an international multi categories’ brand; previous budget management responsibilities
  • Industry: sports or fashion industry
  • Office. Familiar with print design; Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ppt, Excel
